Rental of a 21 m² studio apartment located in Le Seignus d'Allos, close to the resort's shops and just a short walk from the slopes. The apartment has a balcony with unobstructed views and free parking. The studio can accommodate 4 people. It includes a bed (140 x 190), a separate loft area with bunk beds, TV, storage, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and a small storage unit. Our accommodation is located 20–30 meters from the end of a ski run and 100 meters from the ski area.

Very nice studio of about 20 m2 with mountain view balcony, a secure ski locker and private outdoor parking. It is ideally located because quiet and family neighborhood while being 5 min from the center of the resort on foot and 20m from the Labrau chairlift and caisses as well as renters and shops. There is a floor to access the Building of the home which is itself on the 1st floor. The residence has two private parking lots at the foot of the building.

This apartment is located at the entrance to the resort, 200 meters from the first ski lift (Pont de Labrau) and tennis courts and 5 minutes' walk from the center.

In an exceptional setting, located at an altitude of 1600 m, with stunning views of the Mercantour massif, Alpes de Haute Provence, this chalet offers summer hikes of high flights as well as activities at the leisure center of the village of Allos. While in winter, 100 meters from the ski slopes and ski lifts, you can put on your skis and surfboards at the threshold of the chalet and fully and freely enjoy the joys of skiing.
