Old house completely renovated that can accommodate up to 6 people. The house consists of a living room/lounge/kitchen/toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and mezzanine with double bed, then a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is ideally located south of Deux Sèvres, 40 minutes from Niort, less than 1 hour from Marais Poitevin, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1.5 hours from La Rochelle.

Gites de Chaignepain - Le Noyer - 4 bed gite

Le Noyer - 4 bedroom gite (all en-suite) with a private patio area and gas BBQ. There is a well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, range cooker and american fridge freezer and a large lounge with exposed stone walls and log burner. Upstairs is a double bedroom and 3 bedrooms which can be configured as super-king or twin upon request. Full of rustic character and recently refreshed and furnished with luxury in mind.
