The Otherside House is located in Alli Meria (the literal translation is Other Side), a small village on Mt. Pelion, just 3.5 km from the city-centre of Volos. Mt. Pelion, the mountain home of Centaurs, is a unique place to visit all year round, with villages of great architecture and incredible nature. Summer offers stunning beaches, winter offers a ski resort and all year round one can enjoy all sorts of activities such as hiking, trailing, cycling, sailing and more!

The home of Centaurs

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Seafront Apartment in Volos

Located along the port of Volos, my apartment has a great view to the sea. It is a 5-10 minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas and “Tsipouradika” which are Volos’s signature taverns that offer fresh seafood and traditional Greek spirits. It is suitable for couples, families (with 2 kids), business travelers, and solo adventurers looking to explore the capital of Magnesia and the magnificent mountain Pelion.

Το διαμέρισμα μας είναι ένας ζεστός και φιλόξενος χώρο για αυτούς που θέλουν να ανακαλύψουν τη φυσική ομορφιά του βουνού, σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την πόλη του Βόλου. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, στα καλντερίμια της Πορταριάς, και το σπίτι μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 5 άτομα.

The chalet was built in 1928 with local stone from Pelion and has a special architectural design and was recently completely renovated (2016). The view is impressive and the interior of the house boasts the romance of another era with all modern-day comforts. The property has two floors and a garden (1000 sqm).
