Second time staying at the courtyard and I'm sure we will be booking it again for the third time. Perfect location. Immaculate cottage. Spotlessly clean. Wouldn't book anywhere else in York.

Poppys place was so lovely and just right for a weekend away! Very clean and a really lovely quiet area.

Second time we have stayed here. Jane’s place just feels so homely. It has all the amenities that you need including amazing screen protector for T.V. The bed is so comfy and wonderful having washing machine and oven. We are already looking at when to book again.

Just returned home after a short break at low tide apartment, the apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and beautifully furnished. It is situated in the centre of the town and just a five minute walk to the beach. This was our second visit to low tide apartment and we will definitely be booking another visit soon.

Stayed here for two nights with my children in the easter holidays. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, decorated lovely, with comfortable beds, plenty of utensils etc in the kitchen. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone or to stay here again in the future. Rebecca was a great host, quick to reply to messages and even left an easter egg for my boys. Thanks Rebecca, hopefully we’ll get the opportunity to stay again.

Had a fab stay at Claudia's. We used the flat to stay while we visited friends in Beverly,Hull. It was comfortable and spotless. My son loved the beach themed bedroom. The flat is really well equipped and loved the nice touches of spreads and biscuits etc on arrival. Claudia responded really quickly when asking about an early check in and was very accommodating. Beautiful home and will definitely use again when coming to visit.

Short break to this accommodation with our daughter and her two sons aged 19 months and 6yrs They loved watching the trains at the back of the property. House walkable into town centre and used two of the takeaways which were good (Fortune Chinese and Capplemans fish and chips. Had a lovely day at Peasholm Park in Scarborough which was about 40 mins drive away. Would recommend this property

Perfect location, right in the heart of Filey and 2minutes from the beach. The place is down a private drive so you're in the main town but also have privacy and it's quieter. The place was clean, cozy, and bigger than expected. The host messaged over everything we needed beforehand and checked in on us during our stay to make sure all was ok. Will definitely be booking again!

We loved our stay at Lynn's house! Lovely little spot on a quiet street, close to the river as well, which makes for a nice riverside stroll into the city centre. Lynn was a very accomodating host, and if we ever return to York, we know where we'll be staying!

The place was clean and well cared for. It was easy to find, and the check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. The host was very responsive and made the whole process smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for a walk around York, literally everything is a 10-15min walk from the accommodation. the house was quiet, very clean and modern and overall very comfortable for a family of 4. with tvs in each room the kids were super happy! Sarah was responsive and helpful even when i couldn't find the lockbox code for the keys at checkout, a quick message and she replied in no time. i loved the heated garden bar area, cute and private place to have a drink after a long day in the city. The kitchen had everything you needed to feel at home and cook, but the nespresso machine was amazing and the welcome hamper was packed with goodies! We loved all the snacks. Multiple towels, shampoo and shower gel provided, so helpful for our trip. the home was warm too, and beds comfortable with enough storage space for clothes in each room. honesty such a great place and perfect location within the walls. thank you!

Our stay at Louise's place was short due to the circumstances of our stay (funeral) but we found it very welcoming with comfortable beds - thank you for our stay

Our first Air B&B stay and we were really impressed! Well equipped, clean, comfortable apartment 5 minute taxi ride into York City Centre. You could definitely walk this too if you wanted. Parking no trouble, we parked right outside. Sainsburys a very short walk round the corner. Host was quick to reply if we needed anything but the instructions were very thorough on how to use everything. Heating / shower etc. 10/10 would highly recommend. Thank you!

My trip to York was my first solo trip so I wanted a nice space to come back to and this Airbnb was ideal. Its about a 20-25 minute walk along the river to get to the main town centre but there are buses as well. The Airbnb itself was lovely, checking-in was easy and the space had everything you could need. Before my trip, Sule sent me a list of recommendations for where to go for a drink/food and all instructions for check-in/out were very clear. Overall a lovely place to stay and would highly recommend

Susan's place was just what we wanted. A comfortable, tidy setting close to the sea with lots of walking available and near one of our favourite coasts. The apartment provided everything we needed and more. Facilities to cook if we wanted and a particularly luxurious bed! We didn't explore the facilities on the site but there seemed to be plenty. Perhaps next time! Thank you Susan for hosting so well.

Everything about the flat was perfect. Wonderful decor and furnishings and the little courtyard was a bonus as we were able to sit outside in the morning sun. My daughter is disabled and e everything was totally accessible for her. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into this.Well done Jason. Have already booked again.

I think that this was my third stay and I'll be back again. Such a lovely peaceful setting and I always feel right at home. Bex was, as ever, very helpful and friendly in her communication. This is a great stay and great value for money.

Wonderful apartment and Rebecca was fab. There wasn’t much to ask but when I did she responded within a few minutes. Stunning apartment with everything you could ask for including location and views of the York Minster. We will be back !

We had a fantastic visit and Eleanor went above and beyond for us! The location was ideal and so peaceful.
