Nice home with room for fun and games. There are 4 rooms (one without a bed), 1 large bathroom and 1 toilet. There is a nice little garden with a trampoline, gas grill and garden table, sofa and chairs. There is an open kitchen, family room, living room. everything is in good condition and well furnished. However, the floor creaks a little and the doors stick, as it is not a new house. But it is nice and pleasant to be here. You get the house alone, but when it's not rented out, I live here myself with my two children. There will therefore be private things in the home.

Here is a garden trampoline, dining area in the garden as well as a playground in the common area. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room and bathroom and on the first floor there is a bathroom, bedroom and 3 children's rooms. The bedroom has a bed of 210x210, one children's room has a double bed and then folding mattresses on the other two. There is a ping pong table that can be posted in the living room. The home is our private year-round home.

Farum mall and various supermarkets are only a walkable distance away. You can easily access the forrest and enjoy the nearby lakes, Farum Lake or Furesø Lake!

Welcome to our lovely house with a great view to a small beautiful lake and close to the forrest. A short walk to the Allerød city and to the train station - 25 min. away from Copenhagen. In the garage you can park your car, and you can borrow our bikes to go for a bicycle trip. The house is perfekt for couples, businessmen and families with kids. We have installed a Tesla Wall Connector in the garage, which can be used for electric cars.
