Diverse Einzelhandelsgeschäfte (Bäckerei, Kiosk und verschiedene Supermärkte) sind in der Nähe zu finden. Dazu sind Parks und ein sehr großes Naturschutzgebiet fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert. Sie ist sonnig und angenehm ruhig. Ein Außenrollo dunkelt den Schlafbereich komplett ab.

The apartment was newly built in 2017 and is located in Hamburg's green lung for the Vier- und Marschlanden. The approx. 30 sqm apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need, as well as your own parking space in our yard and a cozy garden corner with the possibility of grilling and lingering is available .

The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.

Holiday home on the Elbdeich

Living in the fruit farm! The old hayloft was expanded in 2024 with new apartments. Between the Elbe and orchards, the large farmhouse of the family business stands directly on the dyke - since 1896. In the course of an all-round renovation, holiday apartments were also newly built, where you can spend relaxing days! The rental is a branch of our family business and therefore taxable.
