Roxanne's house exceeded my expectations. The floor plan is spread out so that every bedroom feels private, a 3 full bathrooms! Only 15 minutes from our home but felt like a complete getaway! really enjoyed the clean, easy to use hot tub and even cozied up next to the livingroom fireplace on our last evening. Plenty of space and supplies that easily lasted us all 3 evenings...it was so peaceful and quiet...never once heard the neighbors. My family enjoyed every lakeside moment! Thank you Roxanne!

My family visited this property for a spring break “staycation” and never had to leave to find entertainment by taking advantage of all the amenities. It is definitely a retreat. The house is fully stocked with everything you will need. I even brought my own yoga mat and was pleasantly surprised to see that there were a couple already on site! The place was immaculate upon arrival and welcoming. All the sitting and sleeping furniture were very comfortable. The hosts were always quick to respond in a helpful and friendly manner. I highly recommend this property!

This was my first time in Texas, 10 days was not long enough! I came to visit a special friend of 9 years for the first time with high hopes it would be a comfy, relaxing place to unwind and connect. From booking, check-out and everything in between Monique was kind, helpful, and very responsive!! Every detail matched the listing description. Although we purchased household things and groceries the next day, we appreciated the generous and thoughtful items available in the home as we didn’t have to make a store run after a long day and later check-in. It felt like home for both of us and we had an amazing stay!!! Peaceful, romantic, comfortable furniture, a couch you could fall asleep on in minutes and excellent water pressure in the shower!! Mornings & evenings were beautiful. We ate al fresco many times, brought out music & games and had good conversation. String lights added a lovely ambience and special touch. Unfortunately, didn't make use of hot tub, maybe next time!

Great house for our 2 families of 11 people. Comfy beds and the abundance of smart TV’s were helpful to entertain all ages. We had a great time playing wiffle ball baseball in the spacious backyard but beware of the mosquitoes in the late afternoon (I guess that’s expected near at a lakefront property). Tim was always very responsive and flexible to allow early check in when the house was available. Great host.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It has a full size well equipped kitchen great for cooking. It’s very peaceful with a large backyard trees and birds to keep you company. There’s a Jacuzzi right outside the front door of your mother-in-law cottage. If you like to go for walks it’s right outside a park entrance to a nice lake. Overall, it’s my go to when I’m in Texas. Vanessa is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or needs. I highly recommend this place.

As South Africans used to nature, we thoroughly enjoyed the green belt and the views of trees. Christi responded very quickly and proactively to the one or two minor difficulties we had, and was a top notch host. Quite exceptional, in my opinion. There are nice restaurants and plenty of shops close by (I liked Market Street for groceries). When we needed an Uber there was always one within 5 to 8 minutes away, but mostly we had family transport. The house is comfortable, the beds good and I really liked the main bathroom. We did not use the jacuzzi/hot tub, but we did use the barbecue which worked fine. Not having central climate control in our homes in South Africa, we battled to set the cool/heat settings, but that was probably simply inexperience! Our stay was everything we expected, and we were very glad to have booked "hot tub house" with Christi.

This is definitely the best stay we have ever had in Dallas. The host is incredibly conscientious and anytime there was an issue. He was quick to address it. The backyard is a wonderful private oasis. The pool was warm and the beds were comfortable. There’s also a generous size TV in the living room. Overall, we will stay here absolutely every time we have the opportunity.

This house was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed every moment while we were there. It was so peaceful. Lots to do. Everything was clean. The owners were super nice anytime we needed anything. They responded very quickly. We loved being down by the lake it was breathtaking! The pool and the hot tub were super gorgeous and very relaxing to be in! I would advise anyone to come stay at this place. I hope to one day come back and visit from time to time. My family and I loved it so much we dreamed for it to be our home sweet home! When we retire, this location is our ideal of retirement! Thank you, Sophia and Kyle for being a wonderful host. We enjoyed your hospitality! God bless and a happy new year!

Minty Maven not only met all of our needs, it exceeded our expectations. On this trip we stayed in 2 other houses, this was by far our favorite, most coziest, comfortable and we absolutely loved that the house was spotless. Had everything we needed to hang around and enjoy. We made some good meals to share in the house, the Weber grill was a bonus with provided charcoal and utensils. The kids were safe walking to the gorgeous downtown. The adults enjoyed that very much too. ***Andy, keep up the spectacular performance. You most definitely deserve & earned every ounce of the respect of 5 Stars and our business. We will most definitely be back.

I would definitely stay here again. The house is beautiful. Three floors with bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor, spacious kitchen, stocked kitchen, and stocked laundry room. Priyanka even has accommodations for babies and toddlers. Please pay attention to check-out time and house rules. Super close to downtown. Lyfts were less than $10.

We had an awesome stay in Little Elm! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, which made things really convenient. Nick and the team were incredibly thoughtful. They left us snacks, wine, and a great selection of games and activities to enjoy during our downtime. The pool and outdoor area were very clean, and everything worked perfectly. Inside, the home was just as spotless, and it felt really comfortable and inviting. The instructions we received before check-in were clear and helped answer any questions we had throughout the stay. Our stay at Kim and Kal's place was amazing! Their home was beautiful , spacious and cozy. We traveled to Arlington to experience the Solar Eclipse and we enjoyed it out in their beautiful yard. Their home offered a pool table for everyone to enjoy. Outside had a grill in which we utilized. Loved cooking in their spacious kitchen. Best part was that each room had king size beds. Liked all the white in each room, very clean! Kim and Kal responded quickly to any questions that I had. Directions were easy to follow. I would recommend this place to any family. It met our family needs. Neighborhoods was quiet and nice. Thanks for the goodies upon arrival! Thanks again!

Great weekend stay with extended family. Plenty of room for everyone and very family friendly. The house was well maintained and clean. One thing of note, the hot tub instructions state that the heat up time is 15-30 minutes, however the hot tub never reached a temperature above 82-85. We did not reach out to our host with this matter as it did not affect our stay, so our experience with this might not be the norm. We will definitely look to book this property again should we be in the area.

House was perfect for us. We had a group of college students with us for a local event so having a downstairs bedroom and 2 full baths was great for us and the kids split the upstairs bedrooms and baths. The kitchen and great room had a terrific layout (I wish our house had that) and the hot tub and ping pong/pool table were big hits with the group. Outstanding house and layout. Really enjoyed the trip!
