We have three bedrooms, one and a half baths, washer and dryer, and a fully-functional kitchen. We have high-speed wifi throughout the whole house and two Smart TV's. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house as well as in the driveway in the back of the house - accessible through a private alley.

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Please be honest and no smoking at all in the house!! Thanks for keeping my place clean during your stay :) No parties. Bridal showers and small things like that are probably OK. Just ask. Please, be sincere on guest count over 4. This is a nice 3-bedroom ranch house with 2 full bathrooms. There is a large back yard with a patio and a farmer's field beyond. Great for spending time with your friends and family having a cook-out and/or bonfire.
