House vacation rentals in Allègre-les-Fumades

Five stars all around. Communication with Florence was excellent. We asked for a better Weber grill and a brand new one was provided immediately. House is full of character, village is charming. Bakery in the center of town has closed, but there is another bakery further down the road. Small grocery store in the center of town. Second floor (third floor North American) bedrooms could be an issue for those with mobility issues as the stone staircases are steep with only a rope to hang onto. Pulling out onto the road from the property requires assistance to make sure the way is clear. All in all, we would return in a heart beat.

Very large and pleasant house for large groups. Everything comes together for a good time. Too bad there was only one fridge out of the two that worked.

The property is lovely and the hosts were very welcoming and respectful and helpful with suggestions. Our only critique would be that the pool whilst lovely is not private and shared with the hosts who admittedly did not use it whilst we were there and if you like me love to cook the oven was portable and a slight challenge to use. The village and walks were incredible and the location near to Uzes, Nimes and Avignon makes for a lovely stay. A big thank you to Pascal and Catherine x

This old converted water mill makes a lovely family house, perfect for all generations. It is isolated (no need to worry about children screaming in the swimming pool) and surrounded by beautiful countryside, with signed hiking trails in all directions. You can walk to the very attractive village of Lussan for an ice cream or drink, (but any sort of food shopping does mean a car journey.) Our group comprised grandparents, parents and three children (aged 3 to 8). The children loved the pool, the trampoline and the bikes. The adults enjoyed boules and molkii. (There's also table tennis and lots of board games.) Vincent, the owner, lives close by and we were amazed at how quickly and efficiently he came round to deal with any little problems.

the place is simply sublime, the house is beautiful and the environment is a real postcard. It is a peaceful place, between stones and nature. The owners are lovely and Blandine is really responsive. Thank you very much

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The place is beautiful. The garden, pool, sauna, petanque court and house, everything is nice, clean and well thought out. The bedding is extremely comfortable. And Sandrine is so kind! Thank you again for this welcome and this great stay.

A great weekend in the hanging house Everything was perfect! We are in the city but still in a different setting Everything is provided, the layout of the accommodation is great, there is air conditioning and in the kitchen the basic condiments are also provided The accommodation is without shutters and close to the road but night masks as well as earplugs are provided Personally, we weren't bothered by the noise The hosts are responsive and available, we'll be back with pleasure

Sylvie’s place is a hidden gem. Everything about it was perfect for our stay. The street is very charming, right in the center of beautiful St. Remy. And even though it’s a lively neighborhood, it’s very quiet inside. The apartment is absolutely adorable, with a modern style and lovely finishes. You can tell that the owners put great care into their renovation. Beds were incredibly comfortable with nice linens. It has everything you’ll need. We parked at nearby Parking Libération and always found a spot close by. Highly recommend Sylvie’s beautiful home!

A great weekend, the setting as well as the beautiful accommodation. Birdsong and cicadas, mountain view and not overlooked. I would highly recommend it. Everything was perfect: the warm welcome, the impeccable cleanliness, the comfort of the place… but especially the breathtaking view😍! Every morning, waking up to this magnificent panorama was pure happiness🌄. Calm, nature, fresh air… you feel completely refreshed. The cottage is perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated, and you can feel that everything has been thought out for the well-being of guests🙏. This stay was a real pleasure, from our welcome by Sylvain to our departure, accompanied by Sylvain's mother; sunny people who make you want to come back! The house centralizes everything you need for a peaceful stay: swimming pool, deckchairs, jacuzzi, ping pong table, petanque, super comfortable bedding and conducive to a good sleep, to summarize, you are wonderfully well. The house, while being a few minutes from Barjac, is isolated from any noise or other nuisances, you just hear the little birds that lull us to sleep. In short, we can't wait to come back next year, but for a longer stay: so many pretty villages and activities nearby! You can book without a second thought and without hesitation: you will come back won over. Thanks again to Sylvain, his mom, and our host Michel for this place designed for everyone's well-being.

Great house with private garden and all amenities you need. Lovely area for cycling and sufficient hiking opportunities.

We had a such a peaceful, restorative stay at Lina and Petra’s Airbnb. Lina communicated with us and she was extremely helpful, even booked us dinner at the restaurant which was very helpful because we have very limited grasp on the French language. The accommodation is so so beautiful. We loved the little balcony with the wisteria growing all over. It was pure magic. The bed was very comfortable and big! The kitchen was perfect to make own food at our stay. Le Pont d'Arc was only 15-18mins drive. We went about 11:30 and the first carpark was full. So we went the next day at 8:30am and had the place to ourselves. Highly recommend get there early. We also went to another swimming spot, Plage de galets which was lovely too. (We like the first area, in the shade) we also did the Château Des Roure (Tower tour) in Labastide-de-Virac which was fun. The town is peaceful and stunning to walk around. I highly recommend staying in this Airbnb for comfort, beauty & accessibility to the region

this house hidden in nature is the ideal place for nature and peace seekers. it is big enough for a large group without neighbors to hear or see any thing. a real recommendation in the hills of france

Staying in Beth's accommodation was a lovely experience. Cozy, comfortable, quiet and close to town, it was wonderful. Also, the pool was very welcoming on a couple of hot days, after exploring the local region. Beth is a very kind, friendly and helpful host. We loved our visit to St-Remy and Beth and her accommodation were a large part of that experience! Wonderful!
