Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Allegan County

We had a great stay. The duplex was clean and easy to find. There was lots of space for the amount we paid to stay. We loved the secluded back yard.

Really nice backyard for the dogs!! Within a 1-5 min drive to everything in the area!

Robert was very responsive to messages and made check in easy. The duplex was fantastic and a short drive from town. The location was nice and quiet and very clean. Would stay here again!

Such a cozy home, with thoughtful touches and amenities. The hot tub and fireplace were perfect after long days spent exploring outside in the snow. And the kitchen, while small, had everything we needed to cook and prepare dinner. We had a great time!

Place was immaculate. Had everything and more. Enough silverware, plates, and cooking equipment. Towels galore, even bigger ones for the hot tub. Couldn't have been happier. Thans Vince.

My family of 5 plus our pup had such a wonderful first visit to Saugatuck! Timothy’s home was absolutely incredible. Perfect location to the areas we visited. I appreciated all the fine details and extras that Timothy had for us. The backyard with games set up and landscaping front and back was so beautiful. The home was super dog friendly, while being sparkling clean and equipped perfectly for us to enjoy some meals at home. Timothy provided us with a fun and great first experience to the Saugatuck area! At one point I reached out asking if there were any marshmallow fire pokers on the property. Timothy went above and beyond and dropped some off to us the very next day! We are really looking forward to visiting again. Thank you for making us feel so at home and comfortable, Timothy!

Such a sweet little house in one of my favorite places to visit. I was so impressed with the details of the windows and woodworking. The location is close to both Douglas and Saugatuck as well as the beach. We didn’t bring our bikes on this trip because it wasn’t quite warm enough, but this would be an ideal location for biking everywhere. Also, there is a view of the river and a lovely deck. Just perfect.

I loved this property so much! I have stayed in plenty of STR’s and none of them compare. This property was fully equipped with everything. Michelle did not miss a single detail. The property is beautifully decorated with cool interesting art. Michelle was very hospitable and accommodating. Hands down my favorite stay.

Great stay! There were able to accommodate a slightly earlier check in time during off season. Very timely and responsive communication for any questions or issues.

Robb & Fawna’s place was the perfect spot for a Bachelor Party weekend trip! The home included all the amenities we needed, and then some. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep at the end of the night. I would strongly consider coming back for another stay in the future!

The condo was so comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen and many thoughtful touches that included toiletry items in case you forgot your own, cozy throws, good lighting throughout and comfortable seating. The location was convenient to Douglas and downtown Saugatuck, and it was easy to hop on the highway to go to the Holland area or go apple picking at Crane's Orchard, which we enjoyed. We also appreciated the Welcome information book, and the local brochures for hiking, art galleries, etc. Matt's condo was a great find!

I’ve rented a number of places in this area and Riverdance was very special! The home was clean and well appointed with all you need. Location awesome - everything we like to do (downtown Douglas, downtown Saugatuck, Oval Beach and hiking trails) was 10 mins or less alway. Kitchen well appointed. The star was the pool and we enjoyed it so much! A pool with no fencing between the pool and the river - that is rare and GOLD! Todd was great to deal with and very responsive. Great property, great stay!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped. The rooms were comfortable. The backyard was fenced in and good to let our small dog run around in.

What an amazing weekend! This was a wonderful house and host. Everything was convenient, cozy and peaceful at the house. Rick was on the spot in listening to our questions and gave helpful instructions as needed. We would definitely stay at Allegan Fields again, if Rick would have us. What an excellent weekend getaway!

Incredible home in Macatawa!!! We cooked 3 meals a day in the wonderful kitchen or grilled on the patio. Laundry and parking were also a huge plus for our group. We were so happy to have beach access!! Best week of the summer for sure:). ~ Thank you.

This cozy cottage was the ideal spot for our week-long girls' trip. The charming decor and comfortable furnishings made us feel right at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook delicious meals together. We loved spending evenings on the patio, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and shops. The host was accommodating and responsive. Beautiful lakefront property, plenty of room for a family, nice accommodations and amenities, plus a very friendly, proactive Host. We would love to take advantage of all the opportunities the Gun Lake community provides during the summer months and would definitely return here to stay.

Logan was super friendly and helpful. The house was very comfortable and in an awesome location. An all-around great experience.

My friends and I had a great time at Elliot’s place. Tucked back into the woods it’s as private and quiet as you can get and has tons of things to do. Skiing, Axe throwing, walking paths, local restaurants, it had it all and we would most hesitate to come back.

We rented this place 2 years back. We just loved this place so we decided to come back again over the last weekend. Our stay was very much enjoyable. House is very beautiful. Plenty of rooms, open space, lots of natural light. House was very clean, well equipped with all the essentials. We will definitely come back again. Thank you.

The Zoo was a fun place to stay. I especially liked sleeping in the bed on the porch where I could open windows and feel the breeze (my visit was early fall). Bring bottled water for drinking, but otherwise super fun place. We really liked the fire pit under the stars. And Barb was beyond a gracious host. The best!
