Our family cottage on Hutchins lake is perfect for family getaways! Our home is fully furnished and has a large screened in porch with a great view of the lake and those Pure Michigan sunsets. Our walk in beach is very unique to the area - great for building sand castles and bonfires. Hutchins lake is a spring fed sand bottom all sports lake - you can bring your own boat, just please let us know ahead of time! We are on a quiet dead end street, minutes from Saugatuck and 20 minutes from Holland

We purchased the property in 2010 and Built this cottage for our family. After our children moved out we sold our home and moved here as our full-time residence. We loved lake living so decided to build our new home on the same property, using our cottage as a guest home. We did not use it as much as expected so we decided to Rent it for additional retirement income.
