We purchased the property in 2010 and Built this cottage for our family. After our children moved out we sold our home and moved here as our full-time residence. We loved lake living so decided to build our new home on the same property, using our cottage as a guest home. We did not use it as much as expected so we decided to Rent it for additional retirement income. The building has 1536 sq ft, including the 3-season porch. 2, 12'x15' bedrooms with 7 beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area.

Our cozy 1930's cottage sleeps up to 6. The open-concept living/dining area has a queen sleeper sofa adjacent to a full kitchen.
