Apartment vacation rentals in Alki Beach

We had a great stay at Lee’s place, love the neighborhood, lots of restaurants and easy access to other areas of Seattle. Lee was very helpful, I loved that he provided all the extras (even toothbrush if you forget that!). The apartment is very spacious, bed is comfortable, great kitchen with all the amenities you need, bright and clean with space to work if you need to. Parking is very easy, there was a bed and bowls for my dog Oliver. Would definitely come back again!

Awesome location! The room had everything we needed. We slept well and enjoyed the restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

It was such a nice lovely stay. lots of adequate space for one person. i got to wake up every morning to the catio, which was the best part. Lisa is so nice, helpful and understanding. 10/10 would totally stay again.

Very beautiful neighborhood location. A short walk down to Washington Lake walking path. Bus or light rain nearby for easy transportation to Seattle sites. This rental is very clean and comfortable. This is our second stay and we will be back. Thank you Lisa for a pleasant getaway.

Exceeded our expectations!! It’s a gorgeous place, the bed was super comfortable with excellent linens and the bedroom was quiet. We enjoyed coffee and dinner on the patio while enjoying the city scape of Seattle. The kitchen is equipped with really great cookware and supplies. Location is great. Will definitely book here again when coming to Seattle!

Due to airline delays and mechanical problems, we did not get to the Airbnb until 2 AM. Thankfully, Thomas had provided the code to get into our place. We were provided with different types of coffee and teas, water, a very comfy bed, walk-in shower and lots of outlets, among other things. Thomas was very nice, gracious and helpful . We will definitely use them again.

This place was exactly as described. The living space was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was to die for, well laid out and well equipped. The king sized bed was comfortable with two pillow choices (soft and firm). The fenced in back patio was a great place to hang out or to grill your meal. Parking is on the street which gets a little crowded but we always found a spot nearby. We highly recommend this property if you’re coming to Seattle!

Great stay in a cool one-bedroom ADU. Location was perfect for us, as we were doing most things on that side of town...Queen Anne, Ballard and Magnolia. Great neighborhood, many parks, very safe and lots of street parking, too! We liked the layout and amenities, and both Bart and Bridgette helped make it an easy stay. They were very responsive when we had questions, and they were excellent hosts overall. I would absolutely recommend this location on your next trip to Seattle!

my husband and I have stayed in many airbnb's, but this is the absolut Best. the apartment is beautifully decorated. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment is equibbed with everything you could want. we were so comfortable staying here and will definition stay here again.

Well appointed, clean space in a great location. Beds have nice linens and are comfortable . The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. And although a duplex, we didn’t hear the neighbors hardly at all. Our family of four adults enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the main downtown area with wonderful restaurants, shops and view of the water.

Fantastic place to stay. Would 100% recommend. The hosts were wonderful and provided extra special touches such as snacks, maps, bus line routes and fantastic recommendations of places to eat and visit. Even though we took the bus and walked quite a bit, having a dedicated parking space was wonderful. Plenty of groceries stores and restaurants close by and the view from the living room cannot be beat!

This a great value and an enjoyable home to be a guest in. The place is beautifully designed and decorated by talented architects and interior design types. Every part of the place is, new, high end and squeaky clean. The linens on the bed and in the bathroom are exquisite. The kitchen has many items to use to cook. Pam is a low key attentive and caring host . One of the best places I have stayed in !

We needed a place to stay for about 6 weeks while our Seattle condominium was being remodeled. The daylight basement unit was spacious and a comfortable place to be. Pamela and Bobby were great hosts — responsive, helpful, and easy to interact with. The home is situated next to Schmitz Park so we were surrounded by big trees and Pamela’s lovely garden. It was very serene. Restaurants and shopping were nearby so we were able to prepare meals at home and dine out. And we enjoyed being able to easily get to Alki Beach for walks and fantastic views of the city, Puget Sound (Salish Sea), and the Olympic Mountains. We would stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay at Max’s place. It was exactly as described. Place was cozy, clean and convenient! It was a great location within minutes of so many great attractions. Max was so attentive and friendly. The bed in bedroom was so comfortable. Hot tub and spike ball were a bonus for our kids. We loved our stay!

The location was great. The condo was very nice, everything we needed. Great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Deana was always available. Definitely recommend this place!

This is a great Airbnb experience! John and his wife are warm, kind, helpful, and welcoming. The property is just beautiful, with a lovely garden guests can walk through and even sample from. My niece and I very much enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi each evening—especially while enjoying the wine John gifted us. I came to town for her law school graduation from UW, and this stay made the trip even more special and memorable. My sister and her husband rented the downstairs unit, which was cute and cozy. I stayed upstairs—it's beautiful, full of thoughtful touches, incredible views, comfy beds, a great kitchen with all you might need, easy parking (just two steps), a jacuzzi, and so close to the garden. John was super helpful with tips about Renton and Seattle and even gave me a signed children’s book he wrote! I made amazing memories with one of my favorite people on Earth (my niece). I’d absolutely love to come back! I'd say more but Airbnb limits how many characters I can use! :)

Awesome value for the money, and Laura is a great host. The lilypad was the perfect base for our recent trip - centrally located, super clean, quiet, and everything you need as a home away from home. The grounds are beautiful, and the hot tub hit "just right" after exploring the area all day. The cleanup instructions at the end of our visit (none - we'll take care of everything) was a pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed our stay with Laura, and would return in a heartbeat!

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

The apartment is amazing, many balconies, views of the sound and the Olympic mountains, and the downtown. The apartment is stocked with all the amenities and then some more

Melissa’s place is exactly as pictured. It is in a great location right on the water and within walking distance to Pike Market. It was very clean and spacious. Melissa was very quick to respond to any questions and give local suggestions. Would definitely stay here again! We were able to walk almost everywhere. The waterfront walk was beautiful and flat. We were even able to listen to a show from our balcony! Some of our favorite activities were Starbucks Roastery, all the wonderful bakeries and Chihuly Glass Museum. Favorite restaurants were Chihuly Glass Garden restaurant, The Fishermans Restaurant and Conversations. would live to visit again!
