The apartment is very easy to reach by car, is located on the outskirts of the small village of Moselsürsch and is extremely spacious, with a very functional layout and comfortable furnishings. We didn't miss anything and rarely slept so well in other people's beds. The stay with the dog was very relaxed, especially the walks in the surrounding countryside. A traditional baker delivers the rolls to the front door on request on weekdays in the morning, a rare stroke of luck. The fact that Björn runs a small distillery with a wide variety of liqueurs and fruit brandies tops it all off. For hikes and excursions, the location is ideal about halfway between Cochem and Koblenz. We reached the golf courses “Jakobsberg” (top) and “GC Cochem” in about 40 minutes. The Moselle is easily accessible on foot, Mühlental downstream. The way back is a bit more strenuous than usual for the Moselle. Conclusion: We would always visit the apartment again.

Beautiful cozy cottage directly by the forest on a farm. Hikes start right outside the front door. No or little cell phone, very helpful to unplug. Nice way to make a fire right in front of the cottage.

We booked Patrick's place for a hiking trip so we could flexibly decide where to go hiking from there! Located in a very quiet area, it offers the perfect starting point for many activities in the Rhine and Moselle area as well as the beautiful city of Koblenz. Patrick is super friendly and warmly welcomed us! Thanks to his numerous tips, we hiked a beautiful route, thank you again at this point! The accommodation is perfect for a vacation on the Moselle. Quiet and beautifully located. Necessary shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is sparkling clean and nothing is missing. Matthias is friendly and more than eager to make your stay even more comfortable. From attentive service to the welcome, to very extensive amenities, to the farewell gift for our child.....just great and highly recommended. We'd love to come back.
