THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Ta en tur i skogen som är berikad med bär, svamp och mysiga stigar. Avnjut middag i solnedgången! Möjlighet att ladda elbil över natten till en kostnad på 100 SEK

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Sjönära landsbygdsdröm

Welcome to this newly built villa at the Swedish countryside. The house was finished in May 2023 and is fully equipped. Outdoor seating area, BBQ, AC, washing machines, Wifi and TV. Access to the lake for swimming is just a short walking distance away. Sauna can be accessed upon request, it is located on the host’s private property and is payed cash. The forest behind offers trails, berries, and mushrooms. 1.8 km to the train, with 10 minutes to Alingsås and 30 minutes to Gothenburg. Perfect for those who want to combine peaceful nature with easy access to city life. There is ample parking and the secluded location will provide relaxing days.

Det är 50 km till Göteborg, 40 km till Borås, 10 km till 18-håls golfbana. 5 km till den vackra trästaden Alingsås. Sängplats för 2 personer i säng samt 2 personer i bäddsoffa. Rökning förbjuden. Hund är tillåten. Lägenheten är på andra våningen, ingen hiss.

Natur- och sjönära boende på 25 kvm. Boendet passar för två vuxna som sover i det lilla sovrummet och 1-2 barn/ungdomar som sover på loftet. Boendet ligger nära strand och bad samt närhet till lekplats. Det går att ta sig ner till vattnet bredvid huset men värden rekommenderar de två badplatserna i området. Egen parkering och uteplats.
