Absolutely love this apartment! ❤️ The location is fantastic, just a short walk to everything I need, including shops, restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and well-maintained. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and the bathroom is clean and functional. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

My mom and I miss this stay so much already! It was the perfect size for us and in an easy location to get to the tram, taxi, and even some easy Resturaunts like vasillis nearby. There is also a cafe about a 7 minute walk by the marina. Shopping center for groceries is also close. The room was secure and anything we needed George was there for us! Definitely would stay again

Nice place to stay, close to the beach. The service was perfect, Michael was answering all the questions that I had, and even brought me a pack of water and tea that I needed for my vacation. A little noisy because of the main road along the beach. But still great because of the majestic seaview and mountain view.

Jättefin lägenhet, motsvarade verkligen beskrivningen. Trevligt område, lugnt och tyst och nära till allt, restauranger, caféer, bageri, spårvagn, buss och havet, allt inom 5 min gångavstånd. Hjälpsam och trevlig värd, mycket tydliga instruktioner och snabba svar på frågor. Det enda vi hade problem med var att öppna nyckelskåpet. Instruktionerna var tydliga men det var ändå svårt att få upp, men det gick till slut. Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende och skulle gärna komma tillbaka!

Εξαιρετικό!!! Ευρύχωρο, καθαρό με προσεγμένη διακόσμηση και επίπλωση! Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Παρείχε άνεση, ασφάλεια με υψηλά στάνταρ. Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία εύκολα προσβάσιμο με άνετο πάρκινγκ.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this spacious and beautifully appointed apartment in Athens. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the pristine condition and luxurious bed linen to the Nespresso machine for our morning coffee. The balcony was a true highlight with its stylish egg-shaped swing chair, comfy sunbeds, and a wonderful hot tub where we could unwind after a long day. The entire accommodation felt warm and inviting, with personal touches that elevated the experience. It was an ideal retreat for my wife and me, and we couldn’t have hoped for a better stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable trip to Athens!

Όλα ήταν όπως ακριβώς στην περιγραφή και στις φωτογραφίες, το σπίτι πολύ άνετο για 4 άτομα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο!ήταν πολύ κοντά στην παραλιακή και σε πολλά μαγαζιά και είχε πολύ ησυχία!!τέλος η Κατερίνα ήταν πολύ καλή οικοδέσποινα και απαντούσε πάντα γρήγορα και με σαφήνεια!!

Ich kann die Wohnung und die Lage von die Wohnung nur empfehlen, alles sieht sauber und neu. Das balkon ist riesig Groß, wir haben 5 Nächte übernachtet nur für 500 Euro besser als das gibt es nicht. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und wir haben ein Zimmer gar nicht benutzt weil die Andere Zimmern groß genug waren.

Έμεινα 2 βράδια με μια φίλη μου! Ωραίο σπίτι, πολύ καθαρό και μοσχομύριζε! Η κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη με ότι χρειάζεσαι, στο ψυγείο υπηρχαν και μπουκαλάκια νερά εμφιαλωμένα, όμορφη άυλη για να χαλαρώσεις! Ήσυχη γειτονιά, αρκετά κοντά βρίσκεται το Αthens Metro Mall, το μετρό του Αγίου Δημητρίου, στάσεις λεωφορείων και η λεωφόρος βουλιαγμένης! Για την κυρία Κατερίνα δεν υπάρχουν λόγια, πέρα απο το ενδιαφέρον της, ήταν διαθέσιμη οπότε την χρειαστήκαμε! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this brand-new, beautifully furnished apartment between Voula and Glyfada (both 20 min walk). It’s stylish, modern, and spotlessly clean – the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in! We came as a family with two small children and felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and even provided a baby bed and high chair. Although it's a semi-basement, it’s not very low and the large windows let in lots of natural light. A big plus is the private garden, which is only accessible from the apartment – great for relaxing or letting the kids play. There’s always free parking right in front of the door and a large supermarket just down the street. We truly felt at home and would love to come back!

Amazing stay! I was in Europe for 6 weeks and this was by far my favorite Airbnb the entire trip. The apartment is really nice and the rooftop is absolutely stunning. It's located in a busy area so there's a lot to do nearby, and the apartment is surprisingly really quiet throughout the day and night. The host was also super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Το σπίτι έχει υπέροχη θέα και νιώθεις άνετα. Ακριβώς δίπλα υπάρχει μινι μάρκετ ανοιχτό μέχρι τις 22:00. Ο κεντρικός δρόμος είναι 5λεπτα με τα πόδια και μπορείτε να βρείτε ότι χρειαστείτε. Ευχαριστούμε.

Wir waren für eine Hochzeit nach Athen gereist und hatten nur wenige Tage Zeit alles zu erkunden. Der Standort war super perfekt zwischen schönen Stränden die einfach zu erreichen sind und der Stadt selber. Unser Besuch war angenehm und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Am Abreisetag ist uns leider etwas passiert. Mein Mann hat seinen Ehering vergessen im Badezimmer.. aufgefallen ist es uns da waren wir bereits fast am Flughafen. Völlig aufgelöst hab ich den beiden Besitzern geschrieben und sie haben uns sehr gut aufgefangen. Er ist direkt zur Unterkunft gefahren und hat den Ring mir abfotografiert, damit wir uns sicher sein konnten. Wir hätten alles gemacht um wieder a den Ring zu kommen aber sie haben uns liebevoll Sicherheit gegeben und den Ring uns per Post geschickt. Wir sind unendlich dankbar und können es kaum in Worte fassen wie glücklich wir sind eben unseren Ring im Briefkasten zu finden 😍 vielen Dank für eure schnelle Hilfe und das wir euch so vertrauen konnten ❤️ 1000 Dan

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! The space itself is beautiful, spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. But the real standout is the view: the pictures don’t do it justice. Seeing the city and the Acropolis from the balcony was truly unforgettable. The location was perfect for us, just far enough from the busy tourist areas to enjoy a more authentic, local feel, but still close enough to easily reach all the major attractions. It was the best of both worlds. The Raise Team was also fantastic, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxed, scenic, and well-located home base in Athens!

My stay at Alfiario’s apartment was a true Airbnb experience. Alfiario was easy contactable, proactive, and welcomed us with open arms on arrival. She also took the time to recommend surrounding attractions and dining options, which we have found to be truly delightable. Very comfortable accommodation, I highly recommend Alfiaro’s accommodation, especially if you want to stay away from the typical tourist traps.

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

Viktor was an amazing host. Before we got to Greece he sent clear instructions on how to access the property and kept checking on us to make sure we were ok. Very responsive and helpful and we couldnt have asked for a better host, thank you.

We had a wonderful time in Athens. The location was perfect because it was close enough to some restaurants, yet far enough away from the main tourist areas, so it was quiet and peaceful at night. The view of Parthenon was incredible! I highly recommend staying here.

Tout est parfait : la vue est incroyable, dans le SPA c'est le next level !!! L'appartement est impeccable, propre , moderne et decoré avec gout et avec tous les conforts. Le parking est très pratique si vous louez une petite voiture. Bref, mon epouse aussi ne voulait plus repartir 😊 Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir, merci Konstantinos et Dan !!!

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!
