We had a fantastic stay at Ilias’s place. It is a great location, in easy walking distance of most of the main sites we wanted to visit. The flat has a very homely and personal charm. Ilias was warm and welcoming, and always very helpful and responsive to our questions.

Andreas is an excellent host, full of knowledge and great recommendations for things to do. The apartment is beautiful, the hot tub is very much appreciated after a long day of walking! Thank you Andreas, you were fantastic 😊

He provided great local recommendations and even checked in throughout my stay to make sure everything was perfect. It was clear he genuinely cared about the guests’ experience. Kalliope is a nice, discreet, considerate hostess. When we arrived by taxi she was waiting for us downstairs from the building and had been kind enough to welcome us with food and drinks: it was Easter Sunday! We sincerely appreciate it. His apartment is great, very well supplied. You can cook there without any problems. The frames are excellent and insulate well from the hum of the city. There are mosquito nets which is very useful. Two balconies and a terrace from which you can see half of the Acropolis. It feels like home. We highly recommend it.

this is probably the best location you can dream of in Athens. the unobstructed views from the balcony are unimaginable and the apartment itself is just amazing, with modern amenities and thoughtful design. the hosts were very responsive and accommodating, can’t recommend the place enough!

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!

Great place in terms of value and proximity to everything in Athens. Exactly as described. Only caveat is that check-in and check-out seems to require someone present, so it does require some coordination. Other than that, it was a great stay!

We had a pleasant stay at Maria's! The location is quiet but in a lively neighborhood, it was very clean, Maria was very accommodating and friendly, everything was as described.

This is my second time staying at Maria's, and it has been perfect. I love how cozy and warm the apartment is and at the same time has everything you could possibly need, you just feel right at home. Maria is a very sweet and bubbly person and has a contagious laugh :) we met when I first arrived and she made sure that I have all the information I needed about the apartment. Since it was Christmas time, Maria had beautiful Christmas lights and decorations that just made me smile every time I entered the apartment. She also had some Greek Sweets for Christmas which were delicious! Once you stay at Maria's Im certain it will always become your first choice when visiting Voula/Athens.

Great Apartment, with beautiful views of the Acropolis. All sights can be reached on foot, but keep in mind with the occasional steep climb. Tram/metro within walking distance.

Very nice and clean apartment in the suburbs of Athens. Our trip to Athens one of the days took only 40-50 minutes each way. The hosts live on the top floor and are always ready to help, they are exceptionally intelligent and delicate people. There is a Lidl store 8 minutes away with everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. We took a break from the noise of the city and enjoyed the sounds of the village. Thank you!!

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

We spent 5 nights at the Athens Riviera Apartments in early April with 2 adults and 2 kids. Great location away from central Athens but with good restaurants, the marina, park, sea and the Stavros Niarchos Cultural Center all close by. It was 15 mins in a taxi to the Acropolis and other sights. The apartment is perfect for a family stay. Good size living space and bedrooms, and a private balcony. The pool on the rooftop was great for relaxing at the end of the day (though a little cold in April). Lastly, when our flight home was cancelled due to strikes, we were allowed to stay another night and extend our holiday. Would highly recommend!

We were a group of 9 and had a perfect stay at Alexandra’s villa. The space was large, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the utilities we needed. While we had a bit of trouble with the hot water in the shower, everything else was fantastic. Alexandra was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and eager to assist us in any way she could. The communication was amazing, and we truly appreciated her support throughout our stay. It was so difficult for us to leave because we loved it so much. Thank you, Alexandra!

The house has all the amenities provided on the description. The rooms and all the spaces in general were clean and tidy which consisted a perfect place for a family stay such as my own. The area was also very quiet and peaceful. The host was very friendly and eager to help us with every need and inquiry. He also provided info about the local restaurants and places to go. All in all I totally recommend it!

We’ve had a fantastic few days staying at Petros’ apartment. Located within about 30 mins walk to all the main attractions (or 5 mins to metro station if you’re not the walking type!), it’s in a peaceful location, just underneath the viewing area of the highest point in Athens. (If you’re not very mobile this might not be the place for you as there’s a pretty steep climb to get there). All amenities were available including pool towels for the rooftop pool, sunscreen if you forget your own, coffee and most importantly of all, a couple of cold beers and some water in the fridge!! Petros was very helpful - he arranged our transport from the airport even though we landed late at night and really helped us out with a late checkout so we didn’t have to hang around with our luggage! In summary, if you’re heading to Athens and want a nice apartment and a great host, I’d highly recommend this place!
