Castro is a great place to to go on vacation in October. It wasn't too hot, but warm enough to swim in the sea and soak up the sun. It is quiet this time of year. From the apartment you can walk to the harbor in 15 minutes, where there are nice cafes and you can swim in the turquoise sea. The swimming area directly below the apartment is also great, you go from the rocks into the sea. We often had a picnic there with the family. The apartment is simply and practically furnished, it was great! Merci Luisa!

Grazia and her family are incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were very warmly welcomed by Grazia's husband Sandro and her two children. They showed us the apartment and even brought us water because it was too late to shop. The apartment has a great location and offers everything you need! Outdoor shower, barbecue, nice terrace overlooking the sea. The area is very quiet and the house is very suitable for a small family or a couple! You can also have a great vacation here with friends. A rental car for the area is recommended! We will be more than happy to return !! Thank you Grazia and Sandro 🌞☺️

Small but nice. Everything as described and seen in the photos. Clean and well equipped. Friendly welcome with a glass of wine from Massimiliano, and there was also something delicious for us in the fridge. The mini-apartment is in a complex with many other apartments, in April it was very quiet. On dirt roads 10 minutes still Otranto with bicycles, 30 minutes walk. The immediate surroundings are not much, but a good starting point for activities. Good for 2 persons.

James & Amber's home was truly exceptional - one of the most beautiful houses I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The attention to detail throughout the space was remarkable, from the thoughtful interior design to the perfectly maintained outdoor areas. The home exceeded all expectations with its stunning architecture, comfortable furnishings, and ideal location. Every room felt both luxurious and inviting, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. James was an outstanding host - responsive, helpful, and genuinely interested in ensuring we had the best possible stay. He provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants and quickly addressed any questions we had. I cannot recommend this property highly enough!!!
