The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.

Casa Verrua is located in the center of Scurzolengo. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen, relaxation area, pool and parking space. The accommodation is in a detached house, located in a small and quiet hamlet at 1600 meters above sea level; you can therefore enjoy peace, intimacy and a breathtaking view of the mountains. My place is good for couples looking for sports and nature or relaxation and tranquility. Possibility of seasonal/monthly rent for the winter.

Lo Tzambron-Villetta with a view in Saint Barthélemy

It is a small mountain house, located in the village of Le Crèt at an altitude of 1770 m, completely renovated. The original dates back to around 1700 and was used as the village chapel; the renovation took place while maintaining the original style and materials as much as possible, compatible with modern living needs.
