Desde que llegamos hasta que entregamos el apto, todo fluyó de manera positiva. Un excelente servicio de parte de Anne y Cécile, recomendado al 100%. Nos encantó la ubicación, la distribución del apto y el trato recibido.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb apartment. The apartment was not only beautiful but also conveniently located. It was just a stone's throw away from the city center, making it easy for us to explore the main attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the town. Moreover, the beach was also within walking distance, which was a major highlight for us. It allowed us to spend some relaxing days by the sea without the need for long commutes. The apartment's aesthetics and its proximity to both the town square and the beach made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming and well-located accommodation.

la casa é perfetta per un gruppo di ragazzi, si trova in un punto perfetto perché è a 3 minuti a piedi dal lungo mare e 5 minuti dal corso dove ci sono tutti i negozi! il castello di santa barbara é raggiungibile in 15/20 minuti a piedi. Per fare serata vi consiglio "calle castaños" e la discoteca marmarela é raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi. La signora é stata veramente molto gentile e ospitale.

Apartamento ideal, sobre todo por su ubicación, a pocos minutos de la playa, los principales monumentos, montones de restaurantes y bares de todo tipo, tiendas y las procesiones si vas en Semana Santa. Es chiquitito pero muy bien aprovechado, estuvimos tres personas muy a gusto, muebles funcionales y decoración muy chula. Esta en una calle estrecha peatonal por lo que, aunque la zona es muy céntrica, no hay mucho ruido, además de que está bien aislado. Además Rocío estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades, así que un buen alojamiento en Alicante!

La estancia ha sido genial. Todo perfecto. Primero llegó un familiar por lo que no estuve a la llegada y no conocí a Maite pero la persona que la conoció dice que muy agradable. El sitio es muy tranquilo, ideal para estancia con familiares o amigos.

Dirk and Annie’s house is the ultimate Airbnb experience. It’s everything that a guest could hope for. Attentive hosts - including home baking, excellent restaurant recommendations and being on hand for our enquiries during our stay. The house itself is homely, with all items that you would need for a holiday in Xàbia. Beach towels, beach chairs, parasols, foldable bikes - the list goes on. There is an abundance of towels, robes and other items to make your stay luxurious. The hot tub and gym were added bonuses. The balconies and garden areas are beautiful. Sadly it wasn’t the season for the pool yet but it is very well situated and we are sure it is lovely in the height of summer. The house is walking from the old town and an easy drive from the Arenal beach and the port. Xàbia is a lovely town, with excellent restaurants and a beautiful location. We couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more. It’s a gem, as are the hosts - we do hope to return.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. We hadden geen auto gehuurd maar er is een busstop in de buurt. Torrevieja centrum te voet is goed te doen. Strand La Mata best bus nemen. Er stonden 2 plooifietsen, hier waren we zeer tevreden mee want dit was handig voor onze dagelijkse boodschappen. 2 supermarkten redelijk dicht bij. Het zwembad was groot en zeer rustig aangezien er vele huisjes toegang hebben tot dit zwembad. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Alejandro el anfitrión, nos esperaba cuando llegamos y nos ayudó a subir el equipaje hasta el alojamiento, gracias, la casita estupenda, no faltaba nada, ok la limpieza, unas vistas maravillosas,al mar, las camas muy comodas, jardín con barbacoa, hemos pasado unos días muy tranquilos, volveremos, lo negativo son la gran cantidad de escaleras hasta la casita, y aunque el mar está cerca, necesitas coche para ir a las playas con arena.

Je recommande vivement le logement est parfait pour 4 personnes, nous sommes venu passez 10j entres amies et nous avons adorer, avec tout à proximité, des trottinettes électriques pour se déplacer, la piscine de la résidence est super grande, la Clim à l’intérieur pour + de confort. C’est un endroit agréable et de détente pour des vacances parfaite! Je remercie César pour toutes les infos expliquer par téléphone et Ana Maria sur place qui es très bienveillante et super gentille ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

The photos don’t do this Airbnb justice! Such a beautiful house and gorgeous surroundings. The view is stunning, sea view from both bedrooms and the patio, went to sleep every night listening to the waves! Begoña was extremely helpful, providing recommendations and helping us book a taxi to the airport with very prompt answers. Very peaceful place, great to relax. Maybe a 35 min walk to El Campello town which is very doable. Right beside the tram which you can take into El Campello if you don’t want to walk, or other towns. We visited Alicante, Benidorm and Altea which were very accessible by the tram. Will definitely be back and would 100% recommend!

Fernando was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Very good mattress. Good sunny balcony. Lovely area and a short walk to the sandy beach with restaurants. Lovely walks in the mountains and coastline. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time , the weather was vey good . Amenities were very close to the apartment so no problems at all. Thankyou Tim.

If you are looking for some peace and tranquillity, then this is it! Climbing, walking, cycling on the doorstep... or just lounge in their beautiful garden and pool! Large towns and beaches just a 30min drive away. The hosts were on hand but not obtrusive. Conny's eggs and marmalade were the best I've tasted! When my husband hurt his knee (not at the apartment!) they couldn't have been more helpful with hospital information ... they even lent us crutches! We are already looking to rebook later in the year. Thank you x

En un viaje improvisado y buscando alojamiento a las ocho de la noche dimos con el apartamento de Victor que no tuvo inconveniente en habilitarnos el ingreso para pasar esa noche. Ya solo con eso tiene un 10!! Además, el apartamento está muy bien y es cómodo. Así que muy recomendable

Vi var der i 1 uke. Selve leiligheten var veldig fin og ren. God terasse. Utrolig fin utsikt, helt nydelig. Rolig og fredelig. Det var bassengområde som også hadde en flott utsikt. Koselig strandpromenade med mange restauranter og små sjarmerende butikker. Det eneste vi vil gjøre annerledes neste gang er å leie bil da det var en litt lang vei supermarked. Utrolig koselige og hyggelige verter, de svarte raskt og var veldig behjelpelige. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake😊. Anbefales 100%.
