The house was spotless, the garden was peaceful, everything was exactly as it appeared in the photos. But what impressed us the most was that Gül Abla greeted us with a warm smile and Ms. Gülşah personally took care of all our needs. We felt like we were at a family friend's summer house, not a guest. We couldn't imagine a better place to meet our childhood friends. Peace, nature, intimacy… It was all together. First of all, thanks to our wonderful host. The house was beyond our dreams, clean and spacious. He was just a phone call away for all our questions and problems, but of course, everything you can think of, from directions to the use of the house, was so carefully and thoughtfully thought out that we didn't even need to ask questions about anything😊. All the amenities listed in the house description, kitchen utensils, spare sheets, pillows, towels, etc. were more than enough. Even sunscreen was thought of. The pool was very clean, we enjoyed it with our😊 son. Thanks to the natural air conditioning due to the location of the house, we never needed to use the air conditioning even though the temperature was around 35 degrees. Compared to all the other holidays we've had so far, this was by far the happiest holiday we've ever had. We were in Candarlıda for a short time with my wife and son, we will definitely come again as soon as possible.

The host was very caring and welcoming, and since he was interested in art, some of the details in the house were quite nice. The house was comfortable, all the items we needed were available. It was a pleasant place to stay in general. However, we had a minor problem: there were occasional water outages. At first, we thought there was a general outage in the area because the neighbors didn't have water either. But then we learned that there was a water tank at home, so if we had been informed earlier, we might not have had any problems. Still, we were satisfied in general, thank you

The location of the house was beautiful. Mr. Bora and his family welcomed us very warmly. Unfortunately, due to our stay at the end of the season, many restaurants around were closed or limited service. The opportunity to swim in the sea from right across the house was very nice. The sea is like a sheet in the morning, but it's usually choppy and mossy in the afternoon. The hiking trail was quite enjoyable. The neighborhood and the location of the house are very convenient for families with children. It was a little uncomfortable most of the time at night due to the dog barking, but I think we had a temporary situation. But overall we were satisfied.

A gem away from the coast. The view will take your breath away. It's very quiet and Ayşe is a very nice hostess. The guest area is very well separated, so it absolutely feels like a separate accommodation. We hope to be back in the area in the future and to be able to visit again. Thank you Ayşe!

We booked this beautiful accommodation for 4 nights. The hostess was very nice and we were even able to check in earlier. It felt right at home. The accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood where you can easily unwind. Thanks again to the wonderful hostess. She was very warm and welcomed us very nicely and also said goodbye. Our children and we have taken them to our hearts. We will definitely be back!!

First of all, Ms. Fatma is a really nice host. Very friendly, tolerant, friendly, polite lady. She asked if I need anything at every turn She was very helpful. She even offered me pancakes one morning. I was very well accommodated. The house was literally spotless. It was spotless from towels to bed, wardrobe to kitchen utensils. I had no issues with check-ins and outs. Thanks to Ms. Fatma, she was flexible. Kitchen utensils are fine Extremely quiet, calm and peaceful neighborhood. A few minutes walk to the sea. The sea is very nice. It has a spacious and immaculate feel. A few minutes by car from the center of Foça. The grocery store is also a 5-10 minute walk away. It was a great and hassle free stay for me.

The location of the place was close to everywhere. The house was cute and comfortable, the host, Mr. Bahri, welcomed us with a smile,everything was clean and tidy, we were satisfied. I think the only thing missing from the house is the lack of kitchen utensils. It would be better if there were small pots, a few large knives, a toaster and a small oven. For families with children, the toaster should be in every house. Generally, we loved the house and we were satisfied. In addition, it was very good to have a heater in the house for the winter, the house was warm.

Ms. Sezin was tolerant, flexible, friendly and caring. Most details have been considered for comfort. The house is a convenient, cozy house with a 1+1 home status. We only had a little uneasiness in terms of cleanliness and hygiene, but it was solvable. It is a very calm, peaceful place, and it can be preferred if you have a short holiday. Transportation to the beach and grocery stores is quite easy. Air conditioning is perfectly sufficient.

The location of the house is really great. We stayed with my family for 3 weeks. I don't think there is a more suitable option in Izmir for families with children. Transportation is very easy. There is a metro 50 meters away, Bostanlı is 20 minutes walk away. There is a neighborhood market behind 2 streets on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Very close to all grocery stores. The apartment and garden are also subject to regular cleaning and maintenance. The host is very attentive and meets the needs in a very short time. Thank you so much for everything.

The owner is so easy to work with and whenever i needed something, he was quick to respond and eager to solve any problem that i had throughout my stay. The location of the house is good, the house was clean when i arrived and everything was as described beforehand. The building and the surrounding of it is also safe.
