What a beautiful getaway! Steve was full of knowledge and we enjoyed his company. His dogs were absolutely adorable and the property is gorgeous. Just what we needed!

Breathtaking views for a lovely winter getaway! Plentiful surroundings for snowshoeing along the lake, through the wooded yard and enjoying deer sightings. Hugh was always responsive and friendly.

This Airbnb is perfect. The cabin was beautiful and the view from the deck was awe inspiring. We loved going for dips everyday and the outdoor shower, was a cherry on top to the beauty. There was so much to explore and we loved being able to take the kayaks out on the water with the loons, in the early hours and night. The cabin on lake Jambo had everything that we could ever need and leaving felt like waking up from a dream. We highly recommend this incredible place and really appreciated our host Cheri. She was very responsive and thoughtful and was quick to make us feel welcome. She was a very kind and warm person which really emanated itself in the beautiful place that they have created. Second time staying at Jeanie’s cabin, and it was just as perfect as the first! The cabin is cozy, spotless, and well-stocked with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Jeanie is an incredible host—responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend to everyone.

Awesome location, and awesome property! The home is well stocked and actually has good cutlery so you can actually prepare decent meals here! So many air bnbs lack that, but not this one! Most basics for cooking were also stocked and there were afew condiments in the fridge. The sauna is top notch, and probably my favorite part of the trip.

We have never been that far north and the views were breath taking. Far enough out of the City to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to go and watch the hounds play. The cottage is small and quaint with a deck you don’t want to leave. We will hopefully be back.

If you’re looking to get away from it all, but still want to have a comfortable and relaxing place to stay without having to camp, this is the place! Beautiful cabin right on the beach with close access to many recreational activities. Stephanie is also extremely helpful and an amazing host.

GREAT is an understatement! Breathtaking views of the St. Mary's River and I'd think a photographer, wildlife enthusiast, or artist would really really love to be back there. I'd like to come back with just 1 other person or a couple and really relax and enjoy the place. We were road running alot for our hobbies and barely felt like we got to enjoy it like we should have. The setting is beyond serene, freighters passing by, nice beach with wildlife and walking, birds, and tranquility.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the guest cabin. The cabin is exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, lake was beautiful and very quiet. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member. Sanda was very kind and helpful. She knew we were coming with a baby and she purchased a pack and play as well as a waterproof cover and sheets to go with it. We appreciated that so much!There is also a baby gate and toddler toys if needed. My son and I also had some fun working on a puzzle in between playing at the lake. The game and puzzle shelf were stocked with well. Sanda also had a guest book where she has recommendations for hiking, restaurants, and other sight seeing. We will definitely be back! Great place, perfect for a longer stay

If your looking for a comfy, spacious cottage and a beautiful beach, look no further. Just a hop across a small, quiet road from the front yard to the beachfront where we spend most of our days…at night we spent sitting around the bonfire right in the front yard overlooking the lake (firewood was included which was a major bonus!). All amenities were included so we didn’t have to worry if we forgot anything and the owners were always available with any questions. We had a wonderful time and are hoping to book for next year!

Shari responded well and was super friendly. she had great recommendations for things to do and was knowledgeable in the area. me and my family truly had a wonderful trip and Shari helped out in every way she could. us first timers are very grateful for meeting her and Jeff too!!

Loved watching the freighters go by. The view is spectacular day and night, enhanced by the large windows and backyard that opens to the water. The house was amazing on the inside, with everything you need to cook in the kitchen or on the grill. Peaceful stay and look forward to coming back!

Very quiet and private at least in the offseason when I was there. the views were amazing and I loved watching the Freighters go by. Doug and Randy were responsive and great to work with. The getaway was exactly what I needed and I hope to stay there again soon.
