Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

We really enjoyed our stay and wished it could have been longer. The accommodation was really clean and the whole place felt like it was new. We loved sitting on the balcony on the comfortable furniture and enjoying the stunning views- well worth the steps up to the apartment. Parking was easy and convenient once we got orientated and there was always a space when we wanted one. We would definitely return to the enjoy the comfortable and relaxing accommodation and the town was only a short walk away with great shops and restaurants to frequent.

Para que sepan, una noche en el templo griego, es decir, el departamento de Pepe no es suficiente. En cuanto regresemos a Ronda, nos alojamos con Pepe (ojalá que sea posible) por lo menos cinco días. ¡Qué estadía maravillosa!

Fijn verblijf. Mooi ingericht. 2 verdiepingen met badkamer naast het bed. Supermarkt letterlijk naast de deur. Leuke restaurantjes en mogelijkheid om gratis te parkeren. Enigste kleine puntjes was de douchekophouder, deze hield de douchekop maar moeilijk vast en viel er snel uit en het was er wat gehorig. Verder een geweldig verblijf met een leuke host.

Logement dans une maison de village au rez de chaussée avec des murs épais qui gardent le frais. Le lit était confortable, la communication avec Maria Dolores était très facile et il était très facile de rejoindre plusieurs restaurants à pieds. Pas de problème de parking, nous avons pu nous garer quasiment juste devant l’appartement. Nous recommandons ce logement qui est un bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour dans la Sierra de Grazalema!

this spot was awesome as it was right off the main square. we were across the street from the bull ring and also from all the sights seeing. exactly where I wanted to go while I was in Spain and very grateful that we had this amazing room right there to enjoy it from.

très bel appartement que selui de Javiera . très bien équipé, très joli , très belle déco avec des choses et des meubles de qualité , très fonctionnel , rien ne manque , très bonne literie, et bien sûr un plus qu est le parking. grand merci à Javiera . et bravo pour toutes ces belles choses .

Jose Manuel hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war auch danach immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat einer Superlage und war genau wie beschrieben. Wir durften sogar etwas frueher kommen da unser Flug vorverlegt worden war. Ein kleineres elektrisches Problem wurde sofort und zufrieden stellend geloest. Wir moechten gerne wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, großzügig geschnitten und bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Urbanización verfügt über mehrere Pools, die ideal zum Entspannen sind. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die zwei Terrassen mit 360-Grad-Blick und Grillmöglichkeit – perfekt für gemütliche Abende. Eine ideale Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt, um Andalusien zu erkunden. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

El apartamento de Alejandro tiene una ubicación excepcional. Cerca de todo y a la vez tranquilo. Rodeado de muchísimos bares y tiendas. No utilizamos el parking porque encontramos uno fuera pero fuimos a verlo y no lo vimos tan estrecho como cuentan algunos huéspedes. Es muy bueno tenér ese espacio por si no se tiene la suerte de hallar algún hueco libre. El apartamento está muy bien y su precio es bastante asequible Lo q si le vendría muy bien sería un horno para completar la cocina. Por lo demás totalmente recomendable. Ronda tiene mucho ambiente y rincones muy bonitos. Se tapea bien en bar Antonio q esta al lado. Hay otro en la esquina q se llama "Siempre igual" q la comida está muy buena pero se pasan con el precio de la bebida. Por una copa de cerveza normalita cobran 3,50. Pasada total. En bar el lechuguita se tapea muy bien y barato. Trato muy bueno.

We wanted a quiet relaxing holiday and that’s just what we got. The apartment was great and had everything we needed, the balconies were lovely to sit in the sun or relax in the shade. It was an easy walk to the beach, with lovely walks and plenty of places to sit and have a drink or to eat. The local village was a short walk across a foot bridge, with a bakery and bars and restaurants. The host communicated well before and during our stay. Petra met us on arrival, and went out of her way to guid us to the supermarket We would definitely recommend this apartment and would visit again.

We had such an excellent stay. Three of us had booked this apartment to attend a wedding and it couldn't have been better. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings whilst maintaining an authentic feel. It was spotlessly clean. The location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of the beautiful Old Town, the shops, restaurants and Church are on the doorstep. Clear instructions were given prior to arrival which helped a great deal in terms of finding and accessing the building. We were greeted personally, handed the key and shown the apartment. Communication was great too, before, during and post stay. The rooftop terrace was an ideal spot to relax, super comfortable and well appointed. Can't recommend this place enough so thank you to James, Natascha and Amelia for a brilliant experience! We hope to be back soon!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour de trois mois à Marbella dans ce magnifique appartement situé à côté du club de golf Los Naranjos et à une heure de marche de Puorto Banus ( trajet très agréable que nous avons fait régulièrement) ou 10 minutes en auto. Cet appartement très grand, moderne, récemment rénové, meublé avec goût, très propre et bien équipé pour les longs séjours. Le quartier est calme et sécuritaire. L’appartement possède un stationnement intérieur mais il est aussi très facile de se stationner à l’extérieur. Un coup de coeur assuré!. Carmen est l’hôte parfaite. Son accueil chaleureux, ses nombreuses attentions et conseils pour nous faire vivre une expérience inoubliable. Elle s’est assurée tout au long de notre séjour de notre confort en plus de répondre très rapidement à toutes nos questions. Si nous avons la chance de revenir c’est certain que cet appartement sera notre premier choix. Muchas gracias Carmen . 🤩

Me and my friends just spent a couple of nights at Sidney’s place and would definitely recommend! The apartment was spacious and modern with a gorgeous outside terrace and garden. The grounds and pool were immaculate. We had a very late flight and Sidney made arrangements for someone to meet us with the key and show us inside the apartment. It was about 30 minute walk to puerto banus and 15 to the supermarket. We all really enjoyed and would love to come back again! Thank you

Absolut zu empfehlen! Lola und Juan Carlos sind super freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war super und es wurde schnell geantwortet. Das AirBnb ist wirklich toll und gut ausgestattet, wie auf den Fotos, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Die ganze Anlage ist schön und gepflegt, der Poolbereich ist ruhig und man hat auch noch einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Würde ich wieder buchen!

We were incredibly pleased with Guillermo’s apartment, it was just perfect. We didn’t use the jacuzzi but it’s a nice touch. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and in a very good location. We found it easily after walking from the train station (less than 20 minutes walk) Guillermo was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed him. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a self catered apartment in Ronda!

A really nice place surrounded by nature. It was quiet and comfortable, just what we were looking for. Sandra was a great host—friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful modern apartment with gorgeous view of the coastline. There is building work around and noise to accompany that but that is understandable and definitely wouldn't stop us visiting again. We had an issue with a roller blind and the air conditioning but a technician was immediately booked and visited the next day and all was rectified. Easy check in and out. Would recommend.

Greg war sehr nett und hat alle Anweisungen verständlich geschrieben. Parken in der Tiefgarage und ein Aufzug in den 1. Stock haben uns die ersten Tage erleichtert. Grundausstattung zum kochen war vorhanden. Können die Unterkunft empfehlen!
