Very well located the house in a private and quiet area, as soon as we arrived everything clean and Eli left us the clear instructions for access. I stayed with my parents and they loved the place, they commented that the next time they come they want to stay right here again, there were convenience stores and places within walking distance, the use of the car was not necessary.

Pleasant, recommended and good location.

Super service, I highly recommend it. A very quiet place to rest and in my case to concentrate on the home office, definitely one of the best in Cancun!

Andrés was always attentive, the pool water was changed daily, the rooms had very comfortable air conditioning and extra fans, clean towels for all guests and a very nice space

A great stay! Lots of spaces. Convenient location, a quick drive to anywhere in Cancun. Neighborhood outside of the gated community is very run down, but it did not feel unsafe. The gated community was friendly. Comfortable beds.

A lovely clean spot for a family stay. Caribe is a great host! Need a car to drive around and get to services or to the beaches. Tip: Playa Langosta is great at this time of year to avoid the seasonal seaweed.

Lorena’s place is great. It’s not close to the tourist area but is surrounded by lots of restaurants and things to do. It’s located 20 min away from the airport and very safe being inside a gated community. Very clean and neat. Thank you Lorena for your hospitality.

Claudia, she was very kind and attentive to us, she was on the lookout, she oriented us with certain doubts, the apartment was really cozy, with all the amenities, we felt right at home, it was like about 35 minutes from the hotel area, but I had several supermarkets nearby, I also had many tickets to get to the condominium, we spent Christmas and new year and had the detail of bringing us a memory (wine, treats, chocolates, etc.) I had everything we needed. The truth we are coming back without a doubt!!!

everything was perfect Just the bed was too small, the nights were difficult and the chairs are not in good condition otherwise the apartment was clean and matches the descriptions. Very good communication with Gaby. I'll come back if I go to Cancun.

Yashmina’s place is quiet and has great amenities. The south side of the island is quiet and remote. Plenty of cooking space and all the equipment you need to cook a nice meal. We ate all our meals in Punta Norte as the few restaurants in Punta Sur closed early. The downtown area was perfect for supper and breakfast. Taxi drivers drive us right up to the walkway to the home. My daughter and I stayed and we appreciated the locked gate as the walkway to the gate was a little dark. I’d recommend having the taxi driver drive into the walkway. We had quiet nights and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in the onsite pools but if my husband and I had gone we would have for sure!! Monse and Yashmina were very responsive and helpful. Monse even provided taxi service a few times.

Very comfortable, good facilities, great service, the family felt very good.

Very quiet and comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, the pool is very clean and there are many green areas, there is an Oxxo inside the private area and several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. You just can't go fast, there are signs that fine you if you go faster than 30 km/h, the showers are very comfortable, kitchen, terrace, etc. Highly recommended, the hosts were always in communication and supported me in everything

Easily the best airbnb experience I've had, super clean and extremely nice place. It had a great view on the balcony. Parking lot entry and exit was a little confusing at first but once u figure it out its a breeze. Besides that there is literally 0 bad things to say. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I can't say enough how much I enjoy staying at Gerardo's. He's always friendly and helpful. The apartment is absolutely wonderful and comfortable. it just has a really great vibe. This was my third stay at the tropical jungle Oasis. The location is wonderful there are so many things close by the neighborhood is safe and the whole apartment complex is absolutely charming. As for the price, you can't beat it. I feel like I got way more than I paid for. I will definitely stay again the next time I return to Cancun.

Staying at Carmen’s house was comfortable. We appreciated the multiple jugs of drinking water already provided in the house. The air conditioning worked well, and both the pool and front yard were well maintained. The home is located in a safe, gated community.

The house was beautiful, I spent a weekend with friends and children…. We had an amazing time, we fell in love with the place, the pool, the incredible rooms, the truth is a beautiful experience, we would definitely come back... the natural baths were not an impediment to enjoy and have a good time. As a traveler that has been to Cancun many times, the apartment is a great lunch pad to explore Cancun, close to the airport and about 20 min from “zona hotelera”. I definitely recommend Louis’s apartment to other Airbnb guest.
