Monthly Rentals in Alexandria

Amazing stay! I stayed for my internship and it was the perfect location, as I only had to take a nice close bus stop to ballston! I thought the place was very affordable, given the location, and very close to bus stops. Costco was only a 10 minute bus ride from the place! Sarah was always mega responsive and always on it. Always kept me in the loop and even got me sweet treats! She super awesome and always tries to be super mindful of you (at least for me). 100% recommend this place, and not to mention the entire neighborhood is so beautiful!! It's extremely lush and very nice to walk around. 100% would do this again if I had an internship in the area, seriously cannot beat.

The interior of the house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It is in a convenient location. Everything is set up so efficiently and tastefully. There is a large drafting type table to spread out your work. WiFi was fast and reliable. Everything was as described and pictured in the listing. Koorosh and Diana were incredibly friendly, responsive and attentive without being intrusive. I was sorry to leave. I highly recommend.

Spent a week. Very pleasant. Exactly as described. On-street parking was always available. Comfortable bed. Small kitchenette with a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave. Wi-Fi was good. We had a good time and would consider staying here again.

Hard to beat! Easy bike commute to King Street/Old Town Metro, Whole Foods, all of Old Town Alexandria. Very easy access to the interstate. Room was comfortable, bathroom was as advertised with great hot water and water pressure. Really nice to have a washer and dryer in the suite.
