Vacation rentals with a kayak in Alexander City

We had another great stay at Eagle’s Nest! The house had everything we needed, and the lake view is beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor and indoor games, kayaks, and fire pit. Looking forward to next time!

We spent 4 nights together with our family. Justine’s place was perfect for the family to gather in the open living room/kitchen area. The sofas had several recliners and plenty of seating for the 11 of us. My parents use walkers and the first floor was easy for them to move about. The main floor bathrooms have walk in showers and rails in the toilet area. In addition, there were 2 lift recliners for those needing help standing from sitting position. The upstairs was great for the young adults to hang out later at night. Overall we loved Justine’s place and are planing on visiting again in the near future. Oh, the sunsets are gorgeous!! We had an amazing short trip for father's day weekend the host was very nice and responded very fast this house was amazing very comfortable for my whole family had beds for everyone and the fun downstairs tv and game tables perfect foe the kiddos we had so much fun at the lake on the pier for swimming and fishing very short walk down the kids absolutely love the swim lily and smores by the fire pit we couldn't ask for a better place i would say that the driveway is a bit steep and my brother brought his bought and got to the house and couldn't turn around anywhere up there the friendly neighbors helped get him turned around its was a bit difficult but got it done other thin that all was perfect definitely would book again

This is the second year we have stayed in Susan’s home & absolutely love the home & location. Great views & close to everything. We felt right at home & a great place to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. We highly recommend this place.

The house and location was amazing! The amenities are great. We enjoyed the golf cart, paddle boards, pool, and lake. The mattresses are hard. The coffee pot was cleaned with some floral cleaner. The coffee brewed tasted like lavender. We ran it 7 times with no difference. We had to then pay for kcups to use the single cup side. The yard is great for pets. The neighborhood is great with nice people. Would definitely come back to Lizzi's house!

Andre home was the most beautiful peaceful home I have ever been to in the state of Alabama. When I tell you it was nice, clean and spotless it felt like home in every way. Cozy and warmth. Andre was very responsive and accommodating. If I ever come back to Alabama, Andre home will ALWAYS be my go to. Amazing view of the lake OMG I never seen nothing like it. Well wroth the stay. Thank you Andre and the misses. Keep up the good work.

The house is super clean has a bunch of TV's and is very spacious. The pool is big and has a very nice area outside, The lake is a 30-second walk from the backyard. Overall it was a great stay and if I was in the area I would definitely enjoy spending some time back in the BNB

Beautiful lake house with plenty of room. The home was clean and had everything we needed. House was as described and as in the photos. Very beautiful, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We felt safe at this location. This home is especially great for large families as there is so much room. It was clean and the beds were so comfy. There were so many bonuses at this home such as 2 washers and 2 dryers, plenty of supplies-towels/wash cloths, detergents, toiletries, even propane for grill and outside fire pit. I highly recommend this place! Kim was an excellent host!

We had a nice time. We were unclear about the trash bags issues but Rachel explained their policy. It would have been helpful to have known that earlier so we could have brought some with us. One trash bag for the whole week just did not work.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Keith's place! The listing was very accurate and was even better in person! Fabulous kitchen with everything you can imagine, bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and so well appointed with just great touches, such as charging stations at each side of the bed, TV's in every bedroom, great blackout drapes if you want to sleep in and nice quality towels. The living room had really comfortable furniture, and beautiful fireplace, great tv. Then there is the outside. We sat out on the back porch every morning to have coffee & were entertained by all the many birds, chipmunks & squirrels. We enjoyed the firepit nightly and cooked a few of our meals on the grill. It was so peaceful on the lake & such a beautiful setting! I highly recommend Keith's place if you are in the area. You will not be disappointed. We truly could not have had a better stay anywhere else.

Just what we were looking for! This place was extremely peaceful and quiet. We had a great time on the lake and Dayna and Joe were fantastic hosts. Would recommend to anybody!

We stayed over Memorial Weekend, and even with the extra lake traffic due to the holiday weekend, we never felt like there were that many people around us. It was quiet and so peaceful, and the cove attached to the house was perfect for our three elementary aged children who spent most of the day swimming and playing with their canoe, kayaks and paddle board! The hot tub was clean and we all used it quite a bit. We didn't use the fire pit, but the fire pit area with the swings is so pretty! They really have a fantastic property.

Annamarie is a very responsive host and very accommodating! The back porch is a true OASIS!! We were able to unwind and relax in a peaceful environment! The furnishings, decor and style of the home provided comfort and coziness! My husband and I plan to come back without the kids next time to enjoy the serenity of the space!

Ray was a great host. It was a very nice, very private location. It was a perfect place for me and my wife for our anniversary. We would definitely recommend them.

Walter’s heaven was absolutely beautiful. The view from the master bedroom was incredible. Wade, the groundskeeper was very nice and even had fish bait waiting for when we arrived. What I hadn’t seen mentioned in the reviews is how great of a swimming spot they have for children. We will be back!

Hard to describe— It will go down in our family vacation as best vacation we have had Ever. Duck House — forever know as because of the ducks that quacked for food every night by deck railing at around 6:00 pm— was magical, and a slice of Heaven for our family— kayaks need updating/replacing and bigger quanity number but!

There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful our stay was — it ended up being so lovely that we added an extra night because we simply couldn’t bring ourselves to leave! Gina is not only communicative and helpful, but genuinely kind and it shows! From thoughtful details (small container of coffee to get you started, makeup towels, coloring books - we didn’t travel with children but what a nice touch) to a beautiful setting, we couldn’t have asked for more! The serene location on the lake was quiet and beautiful but we also appreciated the contemporary comforts of wi-fi and a smart tv so that we could watch a little football after spending our day out in nature. The best of both worlds! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back to visit again soon!!!

Beautiful home with a great view of the lake from the dock. The house was well furnished and comfortable. It is on a dead end street with very little traffic, quiet and peaceful. Angela was quick to respond throughout the booking process and to any questions while we were there. If you are bringing a boat the parking and turn around area is limited and the driveway has a steep incline at the road. With a 24 foot pontoon boat it is doable but tight. We found a secure storage facility very close to the boat launch to park the trailer. It was reasonable and for us more convenient. We were happy with our stay here and would go back or recommend to a friend.

This place was gorgeous-the best views! Lake Martin is beautiful-we will definitely be back!
