The apartment is divided into 2 rooms, bathroom incl. towels and toilet paper and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with a 2x2 meter bed, which can also be divided into 2 2x1 meter beds, a closet and a sideboard. In the living room next to the flat screen TV is an XXL sofa which can also be used for sleeping.

The property has its own staircase and parking space at the back of the building. The building was originally built in 1911, hence the name "Times 1911". In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.

Beautiful living in Krumbach

With us you can expect a fully equipped apartment, with approx. 95 square meters of living space on the 2nd floor. Our house is very quietly located on the outskirts of Krumbach with a view of the countryside. On days with suitable weather, you can see the mountain range of the Alps.
