Nice beatiful 1 bedroom apartment. 30sqm in 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine in the bathroom. Close to the NTNU.

Passer godt for en familie. Huset ligger 15 m fra sjøen i rolige omgivelser og med en fantastisk utsikt over sjøen mot Ålesund. Det er stort uteområde med to altaner og en terrasse. Store plener med trampoline og muligheter for andre aktiviteter for store og små. Etter avtale kan det leies båt og fiskeutstyr. Kun ti min gange til Langevåg sentrum med Devold som midtpunkt og hurtigbåt til Ålesund sentrum. Fint utgangspunkt for turer i Sunnmørsalpene, Sulafjellet med rundskue. Sandstrand 200m

Ca.20 minutt med bil fra Ålesund sentrum. 3 minutt å gå til nærmeste busstopp. 10 minutt med bil til Moa, som er det største handelsstedet i området. Nærmeste badestrand ca.15 minutt å gå. Perfekt utgangspunkt for både by og friluftsliv. Masse nydelige fjell i nærheten.

Nice Villa close to AirPort

A beautiful Villa cituated in peacefull Synnes. Close proximity to the ocean, where you find Well marked hikes in lokal nature right out side your front door . AirPort is only 7min drive and center of Ålesund is 20 min by car . This spacious home can be rented as one unit or you can reserve one floor. Host is velcoming and knows lokal sights and activities.
