Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

A stunning penthouse in an original jugend style house in the heart of Ålesund. This is as central as it gets! Located on a pedestrian street, you’re just steps away from everything. 5 min walk to the stairs that takes you to the viewpoint «Fjellstua» and "Brosundet" with several restaurants, cafés and stores nearby. There’s one bedroom with a 220x180cm bed, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a livingroom. The apartment is located on the 3th floor with no elevator.

Shops, restaurants and Moa shopping mall are only a few minutes away. Free parking, and EV charging may be available by arrangement (additional fee)
