New large house (2020) centrally located in Langevåg. The house is located on the pier right at the shore of the shore of You live in walking distance to the fast boat dock and it only takes 10 minutes until you are in the center of Ålesund. Short distance to Langevåg center (5 min.) where you will find Devoldfabriken with outlet shops, café, bakery and artisans. Electric car charging. Close to sports facilities and outdoor park with a hiking trail. And you have Sulafjellet not far away with a built-up mountain trail and many different hiking destinations. Great starting point for day trips in M&R.

Bright, spacious and newly renovated (2021) apartment, in scenic surroundings. 15 min drive away from Ålesund city centre. 5 min to Moa shopping center. The apartment is fully equipped, has a porch and a lovely view. Nice walking areas in the immediate vicinity. Free parking, and electric car charger can be borrowed by agreement. It is possible to rent a boathouse area, with fishing equipment, 2 sup boards and fire pit..This is agreed with the host if needed no later than the day before. Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, gym, hairdresser and restaurants

Cheerful house with sauna outside, boat, private quay and boathouse

Great house with its own dock and boathouse. The property also has its own outdoor Sauna . Plenty of equipment that can be used as bicycles, pizza oven in the bullpen, a fire pit by the sea, including a boat (6 hp). The house is otherwise fully equipped with everything you might need. Short distance to Molde, Atlanterhavsveien, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here is the peace and good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that may be rented. One is a 16 ft with 25 hp and the other is a 17ft Buster X bowrider with 70 hp. See photos

Nostalgi

A charming 19th century house with a good atmosphere. The property is beautifully situated by the sea overlooking Ålesund and the Sunnmøre Alps. Only 15 mins with a car from Ålesund city and the nearest airport, but is still a place that gives peace of mind. Outside the garden there are cultivated fields with grazing animals in late summer. The island of Giske itself is a gem with a medieval marble church, beaches, untouched nature and birdlife. The island once housed Norway's most powerful noble family, the Arnungs and is mentioned in the Snorre saga.

High standard cabin on the fishing village of Alnes

Rorbua is located right down by the seafront in the harbour of Alnes with panoramic views of both the spring and the big sea. It's fascinating to follow the birdlife and boat traffic. The light changes throughout the day, you can see both sunrise and sunset from the living room window. This is a place where you can find peace. Right next to the main door there is good mark, varied hiking trails. You can also travel on day trips to Ålesund, Geiranger and Runde. On the neighboring island there is a water sports center with equipment rental.

Newly renovated house on lovely Haramsøy, boat

Spacious and completely newly renovated house centrally located on Haramsøy. The house appears to be very delicate and inviting. Mainland connection via Nordøyvegen, and a short distance to Ulla lighthouse. Spacious kitchen with all facilities, and spacious dining area with plenty of space for 10 people. Nice outdoor areas with room for 10 people. Spacious bedrooms with good quality bed linen and beds. 6 bicycles for free use. 2 brand new boats for rent, both with sonar (fishfinder). In this spacious and unique place, the whole group will be comfortable. Access to large, sunny outdoor area, short distance to beach and mountain. 10 minutes to bus stop. Bus to the center of Ålesund about 30 minutes. Good fishing opportunities in the sea and in mountain lakes. An excellent starting point for many tourist attractions such as the Sunnmøre Alps, Geiranger, Trollstigen, Nordangsdalen, Alnes Lighthouse, Giske.
