Lots of equipment that can be used such as bicycles, pizza oven in the boathouse, fire pan by the lake, including a boat (6 hp). The house is otherwise fully equipped with everything you need. Short distance to Molde, the Atlantic Road, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here you will find peace and a good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that can be rented. One is a 16-foot with 25 hp and the other is a 17-foot Buster X bowrider with 70 hp. See pictures

Want to stay in a central but quiet location? This property has a great location with panoramic views of Godøya, Giske, and Valderøya. Here you can enjoy lazy days on a large, sunny porch. The home is very attractively located: Close to the city center: Only a 10–15 minute walk to the center of Ålesund. Public transport: The bus stop "Kirkegata" is only 2 minutes away. Easy everyday life: Three grocery stores are within a 5-minute walking distance. Parking: Private parking lot with space for two cars.

Good starting point for - trip to the mountains, either on foot or on skis - city tour to Ålesund and Molde - trip to the island landscape, including Nordøyvegen On the farm there are some sheep and goats. Car recommended, but there is also the possibility of taking the bus. Would you like a campfire? We are happy to arrange it! Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

The house is located on our family land, so you get the opportunity to live next to local people who give you tips on things to do in the area. Sjøholt is the perfect location for exploring the nearby tourist attractions. Both summer and winter, this is a perfect base-camp for exploring Sunnmøre and Romsdal. The house has a quiet and peaceful location, and is well equipped with what you need.
