Nature eco lodge vacation rentals in Alentejo

I had a peaceful couple of nights in Monchique. Franks place is easy walking distance from restaurants and shops making the location super convenient if you don't have a vehicle. There are also beautiful walks into nature from the property or you can just sit and relax in the garden. Communication was great and quick and the guys working there were super friendly :)

Toller Ort! Genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben - gemütliche, stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der man sich sofort zuhause fühlt. Alles prima!

Um espaço bonito, amplo e muito acolhedor. Sentimos o sossego da ruralidade, aliada a uma proximidade conveniente de bons restaurantes e bonitas localidades. A piscina é muito simpática e o pequeno almoço excelente, não podendo deixar de referir que o anfitrião e o seu staff muito ajudaram a tornar a experiência ainda melhor. Voltaremos certamente!

Vou começar pelo fim, pois diz tudo. Poucos metros depois de arrancarmos, começámos a recordar em silêncio cada momento que ali passámos e a encarar aos poucos o "mundo real" à nossa frente. Nunca o silêncio foi tão ruidoso. Foi como um amor de verão que um adolescente tem de deixar para trás. Dentro de nós, gritava um enorme e desejo de ficarmos, para sempre! Foi apenas um fim-de-semana. Mas o tempo no paraíso parece esticar e conseguimos viver muito mais do que esperávamos. O espaço é maravilhoso, toda a quinta está construída com amor e detalhe. O local é envolvido de uma paz e tranquilidade que nunca pensámos existir de forma tão remota e ao mesmo tempo tão próxima, aqui, em Portugal. Tanto verde e tanta vida ao nosso redor, em pleno Alentejo. Tanta serenidade e tanto silêncio, que nos permite escutar as estrelas à noite. Tanto lago, mesmo aos nossos pés, para nos perdermos e reencontrarmos. Tanto para contar! O melhor, mesmo, é ir e viver. Nós vamos voltar.

Such a cute little town and really neat estate. The views are amazing from the pool. It was a 15 min walk downhill to the beach where there’s a little restaurant. Lots of dogs and roosters in the area so sounds of nature might wake you vs sounds of the city. Luis was super responsive and saved us immediately when we locked ourselves out once. You felt safe in the area, especially with the gated property. Loads of great restaurants in walking distance, especially Sisudo and restaurante adraga, such friendly owners. Do NOT go to A Adega do Coelho. Not friendly for tourists. I would totally return, loved it.

Smukt sted, skønne omgivelser - dejlig morgenmad.

Super Airbnb, les hôtes étaient sympathiques et arrangeants ! Le lieux est top, pas loins de très belles plages et au milieux des champs. Le studio était très bien et correspondait a l'annonce. Le petit déjeuné inclu était bon !

Tolle Unterkunft inmitten wunderschöner Natur mit leckerem Frühstück. Der einzige Makel war, dass es etwas hellhörig ist.

Very nice and quiet villa in the middle of forest, hosts were very attentive and always willing to help, nice breakfasts, cool swimming pool, very nice area and the house. If you need to rest from work and noise - its a good place for escape ))

Die Unterkunft ist mega toll eingerichtet. Der Pool war sehr schön und allgemein war es sehr sauber. Ist definitiv Empfehlenswert! :)

Ein sehr schöner ruhiger natürlicher Ort mit tollem Pool. Das Zimmer zum wohlfühlen und die Menschen freundlich. Von diesem Ort kann man gut die Südküste von Lagos bis Sagres und südliche Westküste mit dem Auto erreichen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Always a lovely stay - was my fourth time there. The Sauna was a nice touch! Dipping into the eco pool in between sauna was so relaxing.

Como en casa. Es un sitio especial, lleno de calma y tranquilidad. Mejor que en las fotos! Nos dieron verduras de su huerta y no sabéis lo ricas que estaban! Con ganas de repetir de nuevo.

For the value it was great. We paid few euros. great value for money. do not expect anything fancy but the common rooms were still nice, so nothing to complain about
