Nature eco lodge vacation rentals in Alentejo

I had a peaceful couple of nights in Monchique. Franks place is easy walking distance from restaurants and shops making the location super convenient if you don't have a vehicle. There are also beautiful walks into nature from the property or you can just sit and relax in the garden. Communication was great and quick and the guys working there were super friendly :)

Amazing cozy with pretty views!

I'll start at the end, as it says it all. A few meters after we left, we began to silently recall every moment we spent there and to gradually face the "real world" in front of us. Silence has never been so loud. It was like a summer love that a teenager has to leave behind. Within us, a huge desire to stay forever was screaming! It was just a weekend. But time in paradise seems to stretch and we managed to live much longer than we expected. The space is wonderful, the entire farm is built with love and detail. The place is surrounded by a peace and tranquility that we never thought existed so remotely and at the same time so close, here in Portugal. So much greenery and life around us, in the heart of Alentejo. So much serenity and so much silence that it allows us to listen to the stars at night. So much lake, right at our feet, to lose and find ourselves. So much to tell! The best thing is to go and live it. We'll be back.

Such a cute little town and really neat estate. The views are amazing from the pool. It was a 15 min walk downhill to the beach where there’s a little restaurant. Lots of dogs and roosters in the area so sounds of nature might wake you vs sounds of the city. Luis was super responsive and saved us immediately when we locked ourselves out once. You felt safe in the area, especially with the gated property. Loads of great restaurants in walking distance, especially Sisudo and restaurante adraga, such friendly owners. Do NOT go to A Adega do Coelho. Not friendly for tourists. I would totally return, loved it.

Beautiful location, the views on the surrounding land are great. The rooms are nicely designed, clean and well equipped. The common areas are super functional. Highly recommend the place.

Great place surrounded by beautiful nature with delicious breakfast. The only flaw was that it was a little light-sounding.

Very nice and quiet villa in the middle of forest, hosts were very attentive and always willing to help, nice breakfasts, cool swimming pool, very nice area and the house. If you need to rest from work and noise - its a good place for escape ))

The space is mega well furnished. The pool was very nice and in general it was very clean. Definitely recommended! :)

A very nice quiet natural place with great pool. The room to feel comfortable and the people friendly. From this place you can easily reach the south coast from Lagos to Sagres and south west coast by car. I'd love to come back!

Always a lovely stay - was my fourth time there. The Sauna was a nice touch! Dipping into the eco pool in between sauna was so relaxing.

Just like home. It's a special place, full of calm and tranquility. Better than the pictures! They gave us vegetables from their garden and you don't know how delicious they were! Looking forward to staying again.

For the value it was great. We paid few euros. great value for money. do not expect anything fancy but the common rooms were still nice, so nothing to complain about
