Amazing 2 bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Graça can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. This fabulous apartment was renovated in 2017 and carefully decorated, making the apartment modern and comfortable for you, but keeping its traditional soul and features. This apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (160x 200 cm) and one bedroom with daybed which can either be used as a single bed or converted into double bed (160x 200 cm). It has 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, as well as a wonderful dining room and living room. The apartment has 1 terrace, with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful meal, have a delicious breakfast or a drink. The apartment is all yours. Services included: Cotton sheets, duvets and towels. In case of a stay more than 7 days a cleaning, change of bed sheets and towels can be arranged. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request. Should the apartment be ready upon your arrival, we would be happy to welcome you and give you the keys. However, if that’s not the case, the check in would be around 3pm. As a general rule, on your last day you must leave the house for cleaning at 11am, but if the following guests arrive later you can keep your luggage in the apartment until later. Revamped Penthouse with Panoramic View Terrace
Gaze out across the city from this tastefully designed home. The residence features stark whites, light wood flooring throughout, chic furnishings, an open-plan layout living area, and stairs up to the loft bedroom. The apartment building does not have an elevator. This lovely duplex is located on the third floor of a newly renovated century-old traditional Lisbon apartment building. The bottom floor of the apartment has two bedrooms (one of which has a lovely balcony), a bathroom and open kitchen and living room. The top floor has a second bathroom, living room (that can be used as a 3rd bedroom) with sofa bed and access to the apartment's pièce de résistance, its rooftop terrace. There is air conditioning in every room so that you can enjoy your stay year-round, without fear of the weather. All throughout the apartment, there is plenty of natural light and large double-paned windows that provide picturesque views of the city below. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, including stove, oven, microwave oven, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer combo, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, as well as all the pots and pans, utensils, silverware and plates for your meals. Additionally, the apartment has a washer, iron and ironing board. We provide fresh towels and bed linen, so there is no need to bring your own. In the living room area, sit back and relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy the large-screen 42 inch LED television, with cable. Each of the bathrooms features a spacious walk-in shower with large rainfall shower head. A baby crib and highchair are available upon request. Guests have access to the entire apartment and are encouraged to use the cable TV, 100 Mbps Internet with wireless access and especially, the rooftop terrace. A host will be present to greet you and give you a tour of the apartment when you arrive. The apartment is located in the traditional neighborhood of Arroios and just off the Arroios Market. The local bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and shops of Rua Morais Soares are all very close by, while Largo do Intendente, is a 10 minute walk away. The Arroios subway station (green line) is a short 5 minute walk from the apartment, whereas both the Alameda subway station (red line) and Anjos subway station (green line) are each a single hop away (or each a mere 750m walking distance) from the apartment. Besides the subway, there are plenty of bus stops nearby that provide transportation to various parts of Lisbon. The building does not have an elevator, so please be prepared to make the climb to the 3rd floor.
