L'appartement est situé dans une zone résidentielle au deuxième étage (ascenseur), cuisine équipée, climatisation centrale (chauffage et air conditionné), 2 chambres avec salle de bain, terrasse. 10 minutes à pied de la plage. 5 minutes en voiture du port de la Duquesa où vous trouverez des divers restaurants, bars et activités. The beautiful clean,safe natural beaches are a minute s walk away.The flat promenade are 2 minutes walk and stretches for miles. The studio is a little gem!

Peaceful family villa near Marbella

We absolutely adored our stay at Rudolph’s fabulous house. Nestled away in the mountains in peace and tranquility was totally divine. The pictures don’t do the house justice. The living spaces are very chic and comfortable and the outdoor spaces are spectacular. Views from the swimming pool make you feel like you’re in a James Bond hideaway. Rudolph was reachable on the phone all the time and provided some great recommendations on restaurants. It’s probably about a 7 minute drive down in to Estepona but up a very quiet road, with some stunning views out over the sea. I wouldn’t hesitate the visit again next time we’re in the area. If you get chance to stay at this wonderful place then just book it, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Rudolph

New and top modern apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything, kitchen has everything you need, coffee machine, enough dishes and cutlery. Air conditioning works perfectly. Seating everywhere, on the terrace as well. Washing machine, dryer available. The complex is super well maintained, gym with cardio and free weights. Beautiful terrace to watch the sunset. All done with attention to the details. I had a wonderful holiday there and will be back. Thank you Philippe!

The accommodation is as shown in the photos. It has all the necessary kitchen accessories and on the TV all subscriptions are accessible without having to access with another account. The area is very quiet, close to the beaches, and parking is available at any time. The bed in the room is very comfortable. It was a very pleasant stay!!

Lovely, cozy and nice apartment with a good sea view in a quiet neighborhood. Channez was always available for questions and she is a great host! The apartment has all the things you’d expect for a vacation stay. Good size for a small family :)
