The stay was very comfortable and Yulia was very responsive to all my queries. Area was nice and quiet and very close to shops.

Just as advertised and shown in the photos. Small but cosy unit, had everything we needed in it. Shops in easy walking distance to grab groceries. Exceptionally fast internet, comfortable bed, and mostly clean. Overall, a good BnB and perfect to base out of while in the area.

Saif's place was extremely clean, very new and had a very well equipped kitchen. He was also very proactive, providing utensil and consumables whenever requested. The off-street parking was spacious and very convenient.

The house is in idea location, easy to find, but pity it’s far from downtown. The house is quiet and well equipped with household, it’s convenient for people who like cooking. And Chelsea gives check out to 12:00, I can easily pack luggage and leave no hurry. And I shall choose to stay again next time in Melbourne. It’s pity that people shall bring laundry detergent if stay over a week.
