Melanie's ranch home is a nice accommodation for the price. It is private and peaceful on a large acreage property. It is convenient to local wineries and equally distanced between Johnson City and Fredericksburg. The kitchen is well stocked and easy for entertaining. We had one issue with the ranch dogs barking late at night, but Melanie took care of it immediately. For guests with mobility issues, just know that the only access to the upstairs bedrooms (one which is a loft with no privacy) is a narrow, spiral staircase. I would recommend this for a quick getaway for a girl's weekend. We had a blast!

Leslie's house was perfect for our one night. She has added many small touches that make her home very comfortable. It was very close to our favorite vineyard. Leslie communicated very well, and was quite flexible. I'm sure we will stay here again.

Great place! Incredible views and love the nearness to the creek bed. So quiet. Joseph was quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had a wonderful time! The location was perfect and right next to Garrison Brothers distillery. Beds were super comfy. Kitchen had all the essentials. We loved sitting out on the porch in the rocking chairs. Make sure you bring your own bath soap and shampoo as that is not provided. We will definitely come back to stay again!
