The place was easily to reach, close to several bus stops. also, clean and has enough equipment for a short trip.

Fabio’s place is perfect for a trip to Bologna, there are lots of little shops and cafes close by and it is a short walk to the Piazza Maggiore, bars and restaurants. It is very near to Porta Saragozza, the first of the gates up to the San Luca monastery. The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, would definitely recommend!

Our 10 days stay was great. Clean, confortable and perfectly equipped for a holiday. I recommend it for anyone who wants to have a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our break from seeing cities. Bella was very helpful, letting us know what would be open over a holiday, recommending a lovely restaurant and hikes etc.. We had what we needed to cook for ourselves.

Giulia's place is beautiful and a lot of room. Located very near the train station for easy ride to Florence or any other locations. Plenty of restaurants walking distance and Giulia recommended a few great ones which we enjoyed. Every thing in the house was as advertised and the bed was great to sleep on. Felt very secure in house. If you are hiring a car we recommend parking which is secure under the train station. Only 200 metres away and very very cheap. Very tidy and clean apartment. We were guests of Francesco and Pamida during the 2025 Easter holidays, I can only confirm the excellent reviews, already during the interim phase, which preceded the booking, they paid attention to our needs, providing immediate answers and putting us immediately at ease. Upon our arrival, agreed according to our time needs, and precisely that it was Easter, Francesco waited for us in the avenue in front of the real estate unit, a truly appreciated gesture. The apartment looks very good, well-kept and clean, it is equipped with a pleasant living area that guarantees an additional 2 beds if necessary, the 2 bedrooms guarantee 5 comfortable beds, it is also equipped with a beautiful and large terrace overlooking the pedestrian area, which allows you to dine in peace but also to spend an evening with friends in complete privacy. All appliances are available, from the microwave to the washing machine, Host beyond expectations

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

We had a wonderful four-night stay at Leonardo’s place in Bologna! The classic charm and beautiful character of the historical apartment made us feel like we’d been transported to another time and place. At the same time, the modern amenities were much appreciated, and everything was clean and in perfect working order. The private terrace was a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The location was convenient, and our host was communicative and responsive throughout. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay again someday!
