Nadia is very kind and very helpful, everything was perfect... a beautiful bike path, which takes you to the center in 5 minutes... what can I say... A top apartment... for a wonderful Sanremo... The apartment is top notch in a beautiful house right on the sea. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the beach in front of the house. We felt very comfortable. It should be noted that the apartment is located directly under the roof on the third floor without an elevator. However, this was no problem for us and the staircase already offers a nice flair, which is surpassed by the apartment. At summer outdoor temperatures of 35 degrees, the air conditioning has served well. It is advisable to reserve a parking space in advance or use the public parking lot about 8 minutes' walk away. We liked it very much, we will be happy to come back.

The house is located in one of the best areas of Menton. The proximity to the sea and the stunning beach view were incredible. The sea and the beach were simply amazing. Everything was perfect. We arrived by car and were able to find free parking on the street nearby. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend it.

Even more beautiful apartment than the photos and description, the only thing is the noise due to the collection of the trash can in front of the street but bearable. Very important parking spot. Everything is very clean and tidy. Accurate and available owners. We'll definitely be back soon because it's really a gem near the sea and downtown.

We were in constant communication with Mattia before arriving at the address. When we arrived at the address, everything was as described. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Mattia's family was staying on the upper floor of the apartment we stayed in. They are immediately reachable in case of any problems. As a result, we enjoyed the sun, sea and sand. It was a quiet and peaceful environment. Definitely recommended.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay. Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Beautiful apartment on different levels in an old Italian townhouse with small balcony to the sea! We felt very comfortable! Especially the cozy kitchen with the window to the sea was our preferred place to stay. The beds are comfortable and you can sit comfortably on the sofas in the living room. The contact with Tatjana was nice and hassle-free! We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation was impeccable, spacious and quiet, several parking lots nearby make it easy to park, very good internet connection, 2 TVs with Netflix…perfect, we had a pleasant stay.

A few steps from the sea and the center of Cogoleto (which can be reached with a pleasant walk), Raffaella's apartment is a small jewel. We really felt right at home, with all the necessary amenities. There's really nothing missing! The sofa bed is also spacious and comfortable. All necessary information is provided. Very quiet and green area, nice and kind neighbors. Raffaella and Aldo were available during our stay and friendly, we will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

We had some lovely days in Laigueglia! Welcoming and very friendly hosts. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect in the middle of the village and close to the beach.

The apartment has a large terrace with full sea view, beautiful. It is newly renovated, the bathroom and kitchen are modern and perfectly clean. It is located in a closed compound with security, it is very quiet and it gives access to the promenade on the sea. To get to the village of Cogoleto, it takes 30 minutes on foot, so it takes a little while to quickly run an errand or go to the restaurant. The coast is very beautiful, the walk to Cogoleto and the villages all around are very pretty, the sea, the palm trees, old houses. Margherita received us, she was super nice, proactive and always reacted very quickly. We really appreciated that she put basic products in the kitchen, such as sugar, salt, oil, pasta, tomato sauce, cereals, etc.
