The Lilac House is the ultimate dream AirBnB! Kathy is the most communicative, proactive, and thoughtful host I've ever encountered. My group felt like we were being personally attended to and had a true bed and breakfast experience, despite Kathy not being physically present. The house is lovely and has everything you could possibly imagine you'd need. We had such a relaxing fantastic weekend, birdwatching from the hot tub. The area is great, with Kingston just a 15 minute drive away, and such a cool town! Rhinebeck is a bit further out but also great. Great food and hikes to be had all over.

The best airbnb ever! We stayed at Taylor's place and it was simply the best experience we've ever had in a Airbnb. I wish I could give it more stars. The place is absolutely amazing, beautiful, clean, beautifully decorated, with everything that we needed. Check in easy, communication with her is easy and fast. The place simply delivers all that we could hope for. Me and family loved and we can recommend to everyone.

Beautiful modern cabin in an ideal nature setting. Hot tub and sauna were perfect! The night sky was stunning ! Great restaurants, hiking, farms all within 10 minutes. Perfect 2 day get away! Amazing host. Extremely responsive.

Beautiful house! We enjoyed our stay and found the house to be very comfortable and cozy! The location was great and felt very secluded but yet still very close to town. Loved all the amenities the house had to offer and the dogs enjoyed playing in the yard. The art and records in the house were a great touch. We would love to come back again!

This place is AMAZING. Even bigger and more beautiful than the pictures and close to the mountain, town, good food, and a gorgeous hike.

Kerry’s cottage was a lovely place to stay during our visit to the Catskills. It was perfect for the two of us and our dog. The space was neat and comfortable. The king size bed was luxurious. The heated floors in the bathroom were lovely. The park nearby gave us a place to allow our dog to unwind, which was very helpful. We visited during some very chilly weather and did not use the hot tub but we’d love to come back and try it next time. The cottage is within walking distance to stores and restaurants. We loved eating at Brios! The meals and desserts were so delicious! I really can’t say enough about the awesome time we had in Phoenicia and Kerry’s cottage!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very cozy and clean. The backyard was my favorite part, since we were travelling with our dog and he very much enjoyed freedom in the yard and a nice weather! The area is very peaceful and quiet.

This was not our first stay and it won’t be our last. Convenient and walking distance to town and campus, as well as per friendly, this location works out perfectly when attending our student’s games or other events on campus.

A quiet and private area. A neighbor on one side but never heard or seen anybody. Plenty of room for the dogs to run and hiking trails across the street. It is well stocked but does need some updating.

Nancy’s place was a great option for my stay in the area. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the couch was comfortable. As was the one bed I slept in. I was visiting for a work trip. Nancy was also incredibly responsive to any questions I had, and was offering suggestions for the area I found useful. I’m glad to have found this place. While on this trip, I did not bring my dogs, I will be sure to stay here on my next one to the area. I typically stay in hotels here, but I will do my best to stay at Nancy’s anytime visiting in the future.

Our family had a great time staying in Anneke’s house in Stockbridge; it had everything we needed and was very comfortable! The fenced yard was also great for our dog. Anneke checked in with us several times during the trip and was very responsive. Highly recommended!

Very large and nice open space in the house. Family of 6 felt very comfortable and we could have had more join. Quick drive to windham to ski and spent evenings in front of fire playing cards. Kitchen has everything you need for nights in.

The house was beautiful and Rhonda was great, she was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and enjoyed the place more than Lake George :) , the hot tub and pool were great and i would recommend anyone coming to this area to definitely book the place if they get the chance.

A fun winter break/birthday getaway! Sarah’s house had plenty of bedrooms for all guests. The game room, pool table, and wood stove/fireplace were great to have on these cold February days. Everyone enjoyed the sunroom and large dining table. The hot tub and outdoor sleds were used as well. The history of the house and beautiful views from the property were an interest to all. I bet this house is a lovely spot in the summer as well!

Leo and Michelle were very responsive with any questions we had, and even reached out to offer us an early check in. The location was close enough to our places of interest, while still being slightly rural. The place looked just like the pictures and we felt right at home. We will stay there again when we return!

Really enjoyable stay in Caitlin’s place. Perfectly laid out with everything you need for a nice relaxing trip to the mountains. Highly recommend, already looking forward to returning!

House was very clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and bed was super comfortable and cosy. Everything was there in the house- kitchen, bathroom, hot water. Well styled decor. Spotless. Felt very private and peaceful. Location was not as picturesque as I prefer, but fairly close to sight seeing.

This house was amazing. We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s wedding and had friends and family stay with us. It was plenty big enough for 7 adults, 2 teen agers and my 12 yr old son. It was fresh and clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the basement was nice to hang out and unwind after a day of shopping. Great hosts. I would definitely book again and recommend to anyone. Price is very reasonable for families traveling together or couples. 5 Stars!
