Codie’s place was an amazing place to stay for the weekend! Perfectly sized and quiet, it was a great experience. Definitely looking at staying again if I’m back in the area!

Great location in the Stockade Historic District. We took advantage of the izi travel app’s 2 walking tours, visited the Schenectady Historical Museum, and attended a performance at Proctors Theater, which were all within walking distance of the house. It was a pleasure to stay in the vintage home and admire the eclectic art. Hosts were exceptionally attentive. Very enjoyable stay!

This home was absolutely beautiful, with magazine-worthy decor, a cozy ambiance enhanced by candles, and smart speakers in every room. The view right outside the house was truly picture-perfect. Michael was extremely responsive and provided fantastic recommendations for places to visit. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend staying here. We’d definitely love to come back!

Rashawn's place was great! Near downtown Albany, and plenty of sleeping space. Great for any size groups.

this is second time staying at this house on Caroline. it is a very nice, quiet neighborhood. the house is decorated beautifully and has a feeling of home!! will probably stay here again in future. highly recommend

Had a great stay! This place was the perfect getaway from the city—quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed for cooking, which made things super convenient. Rooms were clean and well-kept. Would definitely come back!

This Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! Hot tub was a highlight – sparkling clean and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Entire house was also impeccably clean, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Ping pong and pool tables provided hours of entertainment! Highly recommend!

If your travels take you to the Albany area, Kristin's apartment is a must stay. It felt like a luxury hotel suite with the comfort of home. We’ve stayed at many rentals over the years and Kristin has set a new standard when it comes to communication, cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and amenities. The towels and bed linens were top quality. The bed was super comfortable. The snacks were much appreciated. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. Kristin has thought of everything. She could teach a master class on being a top host.

Spacious lower unit that is very well-suited for short or long term stays and remote workers with a car. Great television, reliable and fast internet, and a well-stocked kitchen. One can tell the hosts put thought into the home’s design and furnishings, which are economical but stylish enough. Two caveats: 1) the unit is open concept, so it cannot get very warm in frigidly cold weather; if the temp will only reach 20 degrees F or below while you visit, the unit would not be suitable for anyone who runs cold easily. 2) Troy’s hills are steep enough that this place, which has a fairly nice view of nature and Watervliet, is not within a reasonable walk of downtown Troy, RPI, or any commercial centers. It’s very convenient for people like me who needed to commute to Albany and other locations throughout the Capital District, but for those wanting to experience Troy and hoping to limit driving, other locations might be preferable for you.

Terra's place was definitely above the norm compared to others I have stayed at in Albany. I was visiting family and had a rental car and having hte designated parking each day was very helpful. That apartment was cozy and extremely clean and I appreciated the guest basket of items being there. Thank you for a nice stay.

We had a great few days staying at James’s apartment, although as we were there for our nephew’s graduation we mainly used the apartment for sleeping. The park across the street made for a peaceful quiet street, and we loved the old brick of the street. Parking was simple as we arrived after the 2hr parking ended for the weekend, and James’s instructions for getting in were simple. The place was super clean and uncluttered. We lived how close it was to Lark Street for dinner. I did have a little trouble with the back neighbors talking outside until the wee hours of the morning, but moved the air purifier to the bedroom for white noise the second night and slept super well after that! Wish we had more time to explore but enjoyed the Savoy Taproom on Lark St and Betty Boop diner a bit farther away!

The stay was great once again, the place is very peaceful and the surroundings are gorgeous. Thank you Kathy!

Mike and Kim were excellent hosts! They were proactive about sending check-in details and responsive to questions during our stay. The house is really beautiful and so is the location. There were a lot of very nice touches throughout. It was very convenient for the wedding in Troy that brought us to the area. I highly recommend Grey Gables, and Mike and Kim!
