Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Rustic riverfront camp on the Mohawk. A camp like when you used to visit grandma at the lake. Full kitchen and bathroom, cute bedroom, relaxing porch with full window view of the river. Private backyard with no neighbors. Free kayaks and tubes on property. 24 minutes to Saratoga and 12 minutes to any store or restaurant you could want. Chairs on the river overlook the Twin Bridges. This is a quirky camp - so best to book only if you know the different between a camp and a luxury property.
