This home was built in 2020 with the beautiful lake and mountain views in mind. The Wild Loon is what we decided to name our retreat because we are often visited by wild loons here on the lake. The Wild Loon has an open concept floor plan. Sleeping arrangements are upstairs and downstairs in the basement. The half bath, kitchen, living and dining room are all on the main floor. Parking is directly across the road and can fit 4 vehicles in the summer, spring and fall 3 vehicles during winter

With a beautiful spot directly on Pontoosuc, the new kitchen, bathrooms, fireplace, and glass enclosed family room all benefit from the idyllic scenery. The home has 5 bedrooms and a convertible playroom with a futon for even more space. 2 bedrooms have bunk beds plus a full size bed in them. 2 bedrooms have king size beds and 1 has a queen. Our lake house is on Glass Lake in Averill Park, NY. In case you want to venture off, it is close to Saratoga (race season!), the Berkshires MA, Albany NY, and Vermont. Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). Kayaks, row boat.....and the lake!! Age requirement of at least 30 years old for guests (except kids).

The Lake House is located on beautiful Lake Desolation.... the house has an amazing view and lake access with a shared dock and small beach area.... We have two kayaks that my guests can use. House has brand new beds and bedding, tv and WiFi, gas grill, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker. Master bedroom has a walk out deck with an amazing view of the water. Sleeps 10 people.
