Absolutely fabulous, we had the best stay in this beautiful apartment. The location is just perfect within walking distance to shops , restaurants and most importantly the beach. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, plus the amenities met all our expectations, especially the pool which allowed us options of swimming locally and then heading to the sea. We often cooked in the apartment and sourced our food from the local markets and shops plus an added benefit was the use of the barbecue area at the pool side. The building caretaker was very helpful and a good source of information. Having read other people's reviews and comments about the high price of electricity, we totally disagree, we found the price very reasonable for the time spent in the apartment. A big thank you to Kerim and Aziz for their hospitality, we highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back.

The communication went well, the host was super quick to respond to questions etc. The location is top and within walking distance of downtown and the beach. Supermarket is downstairs the apartment. The apartment is super clean and it has everything you need. Even the little ones have been thought of... The apartment has a luxurious look and it is value for money. We also felt at home. If you are planning to stay in this district of Avsallar, this place is one of the best. It is well-equipped, and as of January 2025, the equipment is in good condition, perfectly maintained, and carefully looked after by its hosts. The building is also tastefully decorated. However, having a car is highly recommended for this district of Avsallar. And dear Avsallar Municipality, I am sure that you will plant some greenery around, rlght? In conclusion, for me, seaside or Avsallar center accommodations are either too pricey or moderately conditioned and not well-maintained. This district is new and clean but requires a car for convenience.

Arriving in the summer we had the night check-in was really well communicated in advance, as well as other instructions like water, electricity, and internet. The apartment was clean and everything was ready for living. Shops, market, restaurants, and beach are really close.

Really beautiful apartment, nice located, close to the beach and restaurants without noise from the city. Beautiful views from balcony and all windows. 5th floor without elevator so if you have problem walking maybee this is not the best place for you. Anna- the assiatance for Tatiana is really sweet and helpfull, always responding and really carrying about you and your holiday. I will definitely come back to this place.

This is one of the best apartments we've been living in! There is plenty of space for everyone. Every room has air conditioning and is well-renovated. There's a spacious balcony with great views. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave :) The beach is 2 minutes away from the apartment; it literally couldn't be any closer. We went regularly back and forth. There were many restaurants and shops around, so we could easily find everything we needed. But one of the most important is that Ali is a good and very hospitable person. He met us and helped move our possessions inside, showed us everything we needed, and was proactive and attentive to details. I really recommend Ali and his apartment for a comfortable stay.

Very nice place to stay, there are everything in the appartment you need for longer stay. Very calm and quiet, amaizing swimming pool, everything is clean, good location, close to supermarket, 5 min to the main street. Very recomended, will be back next year.

A place like fallen out of time – winding in Alanya's old town, only accessible on foot or by scooter. The apartment: charming, cozy, perfect for two. Equipped with everything you need – and a balcony that opens heart and soul. The view of the Mediterranean Sea and the bay is indescribable: sunrises that paint the sky, and nights where Alanya sparkles in a thousand lights. But the real gem is Ümit – the quiet keeper of this place, wise, warm, full of dignity. With its presence, a beautiful place becomes a special one. Those who are willing to indulge in the magic of this place will be richly gifted. A home with a soul – memorable.

We rented four people. We are all very satisfied. A house we would prefer again, much more beautiful than the ones in the image. The hosts were friendly and answered every question very quickly, we had a smooth check-in. The house was exactly in the location we wanted. We wish we could've stayed longer. Thank you so much for everything, we are very satisfied with everything.

What to say, Stella's stay exceeded my expectations. Warm, bright, equipped apartment. Great location: several buses to the city. Several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets just on foot with good value for money. I would recommend Hatay Tadim restaurant and Café Citirim, excellent service and food. The two supermarkets are fine too. The beach next door is beautiful; you can see the sunset. You can see the sea from the balcony too. The couch is comfortable to sleep The outdoor pool only opens in May but there was an indoor pool and the seawater was in good shape even in April The road bothered me at the beginning (the noise from cars) but it's quickly forgotten There are so many things to do in the area, you don't have time to get bored There are even excursions that pick you up from the Airbnb Stella is kind, available, professional and helpful that's for sure, I'll come back to Stella's place

Clean Nice communication

This is my second time staying in one of stellas offered apartments. And was very satisfied, it is very helpful and provided me with drinks again for my arrival. The location is indescribably, everything important can be reached within a minute. The facility is maintained daily. And polite neighbors included. I don't know what else I could add If it works, we'll be back for the summer!! Thanks for everything!!

Stella was an extremely warm and helpful hostess! The apartment absolutely matched the description and we felt very comfortable. Especially breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool was fantastic. Right around the corner are supermarkets and a parking space for our rental car was also available. Stella also gave us tips for activities and restaurants. We were completely satisfied. Thank you, dear Stella!

It’s well-suited for a stay even in winter, as there is air conditioning in every room, which also works perfectly for heating. The location is excellent—a great base for exploring, with a main road nearby that runs along the entire Turkish Riviera. Habib is a great host very nice guy and his house was very nice
