Vacation rentals with beach access in Alanya

Modern apartment, very clean, close to all amenities, shops, services and beach. Very helpful host, very responsive, responds very quickly to our every request, a great stay to recommend

Lived for 2 months in September and Oct. great location near the beach. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. The apartment is large and spacious. The street is quite quiet, although the kitchen and hall overlook the road. Dishes are huge!The only balcony is low and you need to get used to it (with small children with caution). Neighbors are noisy. The lights from the air conditioners do not turn off so I had to seal with black tape, although the curtains were black out,but they were not until Paul so the light still broke into the room early. There is not enough light in the hall ( you need a bigger chandelier), it's dim in the evening. The hostess is very communicative and pleasant. Check-in through a code lock is quick and cool!

The cleanliness of the room and the fact that everything I needed was at my fingertips offered a really comfortable vacation experience. The amenities were also very enjoyable…

Hello, I would definitely recommend you to go to this accommodation, my favorite part of the house was that all the tools and equipment were available for the kitchen and other rooms. The location was also good. It was within walking distance to the beach. I thank Mr. Mehmet Ali for his smiling face. If I were to go to Alanya, I would consider staying here again.

It was a very nice holiday where we felt at home. The host is very caring and responds promptly. Only in the kitchen was missing a toaster and no tea maker or tea kettle for tea.

Wonderful host and wonderful place. We wanted to live some time in Cala, near the fortress. You can walk to it. There is amazing air of pine trees and luxurious views of the city and cove. Quiet at night. There is a wonderful garden. The apartment is very comfortable, on two levels, everything you need is there. Shops are not far away. Climbing uphill from the city is a good workout to be on your toes, but for someone it can be an inconvenience. Good and fast internet. Inga is a responsive and friendly host who was always in touch.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. The host is responsive and quick to respond, never had to worry that questions remain unanswered, rest assured that he will always be in touch and will always be happy to help, we had it that way. Despite the tight check-in schedule, they met us and postponed our check-out for a few hours. One of the main advantages of the apartment is the value for money. You get two full bedrooms with comfortable mattresses within a 3-minute walk of the metro and supermarkets at an adequate cost. Yes, there is no elevator in the building, one air conditioner per apartment and maybe you will see many other shortcomings, especially if you look for them. But if you compare the cost of accommodation with other offers, you will understand why this is a really good option. The apartment met us clean, the appliances are in working condition, all detergents are provided. The host has created all the conditions for guests to live in comfort

We stayed there for 11 days and felt very much at home right away. The location is really great. You have such a beautiful view. In case of problems and questions, the host is very helpful and directly accessible. I'll definitely come back.

Yaman came into contact with us, was helpful and available. He lives with his family on the ground floor, who welcomed us hospitably. The dog and the three cats of the house are sweet and confiding. The place is quiet, the beach is about 10 minutes, supermarkets are right around the corner. From the spacious loggia of the attic apartment you can look all the way to the beach. If I were to go to Avsallar again, I would book with Yaman again

We booked this place for 7 nights, we found that the property was very nice and spacious, perfect for a couples holiday. The views from the balcony were the star of the show, we greatly enjoyed our morning coffee and evenings chats on the balcony overlooking the stunning views. The only let down was the garden, unfortunately it had not been maintained and we were looking forward to being able to use the BBQ grill, as advertised, however we were unable to. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Since I previously lived in Avsallar, I wanted to rent a multi-room house there to spend a holiday with my family. We decided to rent Ms. Zeynep's villa. Ms. Zeynep's house is really beautiful, it's big, has lots of rooms and has a beautiful view. I would recommend it to anyone, with or without children. My kids had a lot of fun in the garden. The pool is not very large, but since not many people were there, we swam alone most of the time. The pool is very well maintained and clean. My children enjoyed the pool very much. A quiet and clean resort. The sea and the beach are very clean, I think it is the most beautiful sea and the most beautiful beach we have ever been to. Since the sea was not very deep, the children swam without fear and had great fun. We were very pleased. We felt right at home. We thank Ms. Zeynep again for everything.

We rented four people. We are all very satisfied. A house we would prefer again, much more beautiful than the ones in the image. The hosts were friendly and answered every question very quickly, we had a smooth check-in. The house was exactly in the location we wanted. We wish we could've stayed longer. Thank you so much for everything, we are very satisfied with everything.

My family and I have stayed for two days where the place is very clean and quiet and the host was great and very helpful

We stayed for 5 nights with my wife and daughter from August 26 to 31. It was a great experience for us. We didn't encounter anything negative in the meantime. It's in a good location. Sea view. Great location to watch the sunset. There's almost everything a home should have. You feel at home. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils in the kitchen section that will allow you to have breakfast and dinner. The pool is large enough and spotlessly clean. Definitely at home. Mr. Taner and his wife are very caring and friendly people. With the wireless projection device provided by Mr. Taner, he was also enjoyable to watch movies and series in the garden. Hope to be back...

We had a lovely stay with our three young children. -Spotlessly clean -Modern clean bathrooms with powerful showers and well functioning toilets -Fairly well equipped kitchen (dishwasher tabs and oil not included) -Nice balcony. -Good tv with Netflix etc -Playroom downstairs which was well used by the kids -Gym with modern equipment right opposite playroom -swimming pool and small outdoor playground (pool not warm) -huge playground right near apartment -helpful host, organised Transport for us at very short notice! Thank you Pragma for a lovely stay. The apartment is even better than the photos.

This is my second time staying in one of stellas offered apartments. And was very satisfied, it is very helpful and provided me with drinks again for my arrival. The location is indescribably, everything important can be reached within a minute. The facility is maintained daily. And polite neighbors included. I don't know what else I could add If it works, we'll be back for the summer!! Thanks for everything!!

Our stay was so pleasant, we wanted to cry when it was time to go. My children even made me promise to bring them back. We felt like locals and met many wonderful people. Waking up and seeing the sea and walking and seeing the mountains was just dreamy. After traveling all over the world, Alanya is hands down the most beautiful. We settled so quickly into the clean, homey surroundings and had everything we needed to make meals for our family. I will miss it so much! Thanks for EVERYTHING Simona and Mustafa!

I would like to thank Mr. Türker for allowing flexible check-in and check-out. We met Mr. Türker's assistant, Mr. Ömer, and he helped us very quickly and sincerely in everything, and our holiday for 5 people was incredibly beautiful, we felt at home and never wanted to leave this place. The cleanliness of the house was very nice, everything was sparkling. If we come again, we will definitely choose this house.
