Absolutely fabulous, we had the best stay in this beautiful apartment. The location is just perfect within walking distance to shops , restaurants and most importantly the beach. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, plus the amenities met all our expectations, especially the pool which allowed us options of swimming locally and then heading to the sea. We often cooked in the apartment and sourced our food from the local markets and shops plus an added benefit was the use of the barbecue area at the pool side. The building caretaker was very helpful and a good source of information. Having read other people's reviews and comments about the high price of electricity, we totally disagree, we found the price very reasonable for the time spent in the apartment. A big thank you to Kerim and Aziz for their hospitality, we highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back.

De communicatie verliep goed, de host reageerde supersnel op vragen etc. De locatie is top en op loop afstand van het centrum en het strand. Supermarkt is beneden het appartement. Het appartement is super schoon en het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Zelf aan de allerkleinste is er aan gedacht… Het appartement heeft een luxe uitstraling en het is waar voor je geld. Wij voelden ons verder lekker thuis. Bedankt voor het vertrouwen in ons en tot een volgende keer.

If you are planning to stay in this district of Avsallar, this place is one of the best. It is well-equipped, and as of January 2025, the equipment is in good condition, perfectly maintained, and carefully looked after by its hosts. The building is also tastefully decorated. However, having a car is highly recommended for this district of Avsallar. And dear Avsallar Municipality, I am sure that you will plant some greenery around, rlght? In conclusion, for me, seaside or Avsallar center accommodations are either too pricey or moderately conditioned and not well-maintained. This district is new and clean but requires a car for convenience.

Hei! Ystävällinen majoittaja. Heti vasta viesteihin. Saapuminen meillä oli kesällä yötä sisäänkirjautuminen oli todella hyvin kerrottu etukäteen sekä muut ohjeet esim. vesi, sähkö ja netti. Asunto oli siisti ja kaikki tarvittavat asumista varten oli valmiina. Kaupat, tori, ravintolat ja ranta ovat tosi lähellä.

Останавливались на 1 месяц. Квартира соответствует описанию. Была проблема со светом, но сразу вызвали электрика и все починили. Так же закончился газ, и в этот же день нам привезли новый балон с газом. Так как мы были с ребенком, хозяин купил нам десткий стул и ванну для ребенка. Все вопросы быстро решались через помощницу Анну. Проживание было комфортное, до моря идти 2-3 минуты. Единственный минус это был 5ый этаж, но нам было нормально. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

This is one of the best apartments we've been living in! There is plenty of space for everyone. Every room has air conditioning and is well-renovated. There's a spacious balcony with great views. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave :) The beach is 2 minutes away from the apartment; it literally couldn't be any closer. We went regularly back and forth. There were many restaurants and shops around, so we could easily find everything we needed. But one of the most important is that Ali is a good and very hospitable person. He met us and helped move our possessions inside, showed us everything we needed, and was proactive and attentive to details. I really recommend Ali and his apartment for a comfortable stay.

Very nice place to stay, there are everything in the appartment you need for longer stay. Very calm and quiet, amaizing swimming pool, everything is clean, good location, close to supermarket, 5 min to the main street. Very recomended, will be back next year.

Ein Ort wie aus der Zeit gefallen – verwinkelt in Alanyas Altstadt, nur zu Fuß oder mit dem Roller erreichbar. Die Wohnung: charmant, gemütlich, perfekt für zwei. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – und einem Balkon, der Herz und Seele öffnet. Der Blick aufs Mittelmeer und die Bucht ist unbeschreiblich: Sonnenaufgänge, die den Himmel malen, und Nächte, in denen Alanya in tausend Lichtern funkelt. Doch das wahre Juwel ist Ümit – der stille Hüter dieses Ortes, weise, herzlich, voller Würde. Mit seiner Präsenz wird aus einem schönen Ort ein besonderer. Wer bereit ist, sich auf die Magie dieses Ortes einzulassen, wird reich beschenkt. Eine Unterkunft mit Seele – unvergesslich schön.

Die super Lage ist wirklich einzigartig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top! Alles war sauber und entsprach unseren Wünschen sowie den Fotos. vielen Dank für alles Mehmet 👍

Biz dört kişi kiraladık. Her birimiz çok memnun kaldık. Görseldekilerden cok daha güzel, bir daha tercih edeceğimiz bir ev. Ev sahipleri cana yakındı ve her soruma çok hızlı cevap verdiler, sorunsuz giriş yaşadık. Ev tam olarak istediğimiz konumdaydı. Keşke daha uzun kalabilseydik. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, her şeyiyle çok memnun kaldık.

Que dire, le séjour chez Stella a dépassé mes attentes. Appartement lumineux chaleureux, équipé. Excellent emplacement : plusieurs bus pour aller en ville. Plusieurs restaurants, cafés et supermarchés juste à pied avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande le restaurant Hatay Tadim et le Café Citirim, excellent service et nourriture. Les deux superettes sont très bien aussi. La plage à côté est magnifique; on peut apercevoir le coucher de soleil. On peut voir la mer du balcon aussi. Le sofa est confortable pour dormir La piscine extérieure n’ouvre qu’en mai mais il y avait une piscine intérieure et l’eau de mer était en bonne même en avril La route m’a dérangée au début (le bruit des voitures) mais c’est vite oublié Il y a tellement de choses à faire dans les environs, vous n’avez pas le temps de vous ennuyer Il y a même des excursions qui viennent vous chercher jusqu’au Airbnb Stella est gentille, disponible, professionnelle et serviable c'est sur, je reviendrai chez Stella

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit toller Lage zum Meer. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und der Check in war einfach. Man hatte immer die Möglichkeit sein Auto auf dem Grundstück abzustellen. Negativ Punkte: Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße und bei offener Balkontür ist der Verkehr deutlich zu hören. Es gab keine Anleitung zur Kilmaanlage, dementsprechend haben wir sie nicht anständig zu laufen gebracht bekommen Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage zum Meer

Ich war jetzt das zweite mal in einer von stellas angebotenen wohnungen. Und war top zufrieden sie ist sehr hilfreich und hat mir wieder mal getränke bereit gestellt für meine Ankunft. Die lage ist sowieso unbeschreiblich alles wichtige ist innerhalb von einer minute zu erreichen. Anlage wird täglich gepflegt. Und höfliche nachbarn inklusive. Ich weiß nicht was ich noch ergänzen könnte. Wenns klappt sind wir zum sommer wieder da!! Danke für alles!!

Stella war eine äußerst herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Die Wohnung entsprach absolut der Beschreibung und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Vor allem das Frühstücken auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool war traumhaft. Direkt um die Ecke sind Supermärkte und ein Parkplatz für unseren Leihwagen war auch vorhanden. Stella hat uns auch Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren einfach rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank, liebe Stella!

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very comfortable and has a beautiful view that makes every moment enjoyable. It’s well-suited for a stay even in winter, as there is air conditioning in every room, which also works perfectly for heating. The location is excellent—a great base for exploring, with a main road nearby that runs along the entire Turkish Riviera. Habib is a great host very nice guy and his house was very nice
