Vacation rentals in Alajuelita

This is our third time stayin at one of David’s properties! Needless to say we live Farmland and all of the various homes he has to choose from. Great location, amazing views and weather! Lots of great restaurants a short drive, lots of things in the area to keep you busy. Short easy drive to and from airport! Plenty of amenities for adults and kids! You can secure Black Ti and Luminous for extra big groups, which we intend to do when we bring all of our family. Safe and secure, gated. Easy clear instructions for entry. Attentive and responsive host! He added a cool new sauna to Luminous which was a nice addition! Overall we love it and will always come back when passing through! Don’t hesitate, pictures can’t do it justice!

Pablo’s tree house was a lovely, simple place to get away. It was a little complicated getting there off the main road, but he provided a Waze link and a video of how to navigate the driveway. You will want a 4-wheel drive car as the climb here and other areas of Atenas are very steep. The place was very clean when we arrived, however we were visited by a couple of geckos that left droppings throughout the house. Not the fault of Jose. Tatiana and Jose were delightful and very helpful in advising us where to go to see specific sights. They were very responsive to our requests. They live on the property which was a plus for us as it meant we weren’t staying in a home of a total stranger and we felt more secure.

Jorge is incredible, our flight from Panama to Costa Rica had mechanical difficulties so we didn't get to Costa Rico until 10:30 p.m. After picking up a rental (which I highly recommend if you are staying here) it was after midnight. We had some difficulty finding the house Jorge came out to meet us rather than just do directions. The house was very comfortable and the bathroom including the amenities were fabulous!

Mi experiencia en el departamento de William en Torres Heredia, fue excelente en todo sentido. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación fue clara y ágil. El alojamiento estaba impecable, muy bien equipado y tal como se muestra en las fotos. La ubicación es estratégica, segura y tranquila, ideal tanto para descansar como para moverse por la ciudad. William fue un anfitrión muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar ante cualquier consulta. Sin duda, un lugar 100% recomendable. Me sentí como en casa y volvería sin pensarlo. ¡Gracias por todo, William!
