Ann was extremely accommodating & helpful! She responds to texts right away with any issues. This tiny home is adorable! It is extremely clean, with more cleaning products available. The water pressure is good, the toilet is new, the water gets VERY hot! 1 loft has stairs, while the other is more like a ladder- but very sturdy & well built/solid wood & beautiful! The backyard is quite large but also includes leafy green bush’s that I don’t feel comfortable letting my dogs just run, but only because I’m not from here & it’s unfamiliar. It’s a 4’ fence. My son talks about the Tiny home nonstop now! It was his favorite place! Looks like I’ll have to build something for him! (He’s 10) I had MANY deliveries during my stay & after I left they kept coming! Ann actually brought them to me at my next location! (I’m in town to rent a long term house) I absolutely cannot say enough about Ann & her T.H. But I’m out of space! Thank you so much Ann!

We LOVED this home! its so homey and spacious. The large tv in the main bedroom was great to watch movies on while we relaxed before bed. the kids loved having their own beds in the other room. the home is very clean and well kept. we didnt have any issues at all during our 3 day stay. i hope we can come back again!

Liz was absolutely wonderful. She was out of town at the time of my stay but her mom was house sitting for her. She was fantastic! We shared a lovely conversation. Even though Liz was out of town, she messaged me a couple times throughout my stay to make sure that everything was ok. I loved that she had a washer and dryer available. Actually, she had anything you needed. Even Q-tips. I felt very at home! The location is excellent too! You are not far from all things Gainesville, yet you are nestled in a very peaceful neighborhood:) I highly recommend Liz’s place!

Gisselle was an excellent host and was proactive in our check in and comfort for the entire stay. The house is in a prime location in the city in Northwest Gainesville with proximity to land marks in the city like downtown and campus.
