I have never seen a place that is so complete during my whole 7 years with Airbnb. It's a 2 story 🏘 house with 2 bedrooms and it it even has a covered garage. Once you step inside practically everything is there no need to go to the store or bring things. Just bring yourself and that is it. Highly Recommended .

We had a great stay at sir Andrian’s place. The place is located near malls and can be easily reached by food deliveries. The area is peaceful and can we really felt homey. The unit is same as described. All the necessities we need are available to use. The living area is just perfect for Netflix and chill. The kitchen is complete with microwave and kitchenwares. We really enjoyed the mini pool. This is really the highlight of our stay since we were able to chill and just relax. Their bed is also suberb, very comfy that is perfect for rest. We’ll definitely consider this place again when we go back and recommend to our friends. Thank you sir Andrian and Tatay for accommodating us. Everything is smooth from check in to check out!

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

best place to chill staying for one day we manage to enjoy it so much not just the pool but the scenery as well.

I have no complaints… I’m a returning guest and this is where I intend to stay on all my future trips to Manila… the hosts are great, the unit is a good size and well equipped and its location is conveniently near the mall.

The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It took a bit of time to locate the property, and parking nearby was a bit of a challenge. But overall, it was a good stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Thank you!

I recently stayed at Darwin's, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the reception was warm and welcoming. The host was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were top-notch—immaculately clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and local eateries. I highly recommend Darwin's place for anyone visiting the area. Exceptional service, a lovely atmosphere, and great value for money. I can’t wait to return.

MEP’s place at Calathea Place - DMCI Homes was everything I hoped for and more. It felt like a real home —not just another rental or hotel. The unit was exactly like the pictures: clean, cozy, and FULLY furnished with everything you could need, including a washing machine and super fast, reliable internet (perfect for working from home > 80-150/mps). The building had amazing amenities—pool, basketball courts, a convenience store, and even refillable water stations. The location was great too, with plenty of fast food spots, markets, and a supermarket within walking distance. Plus, it’s just a quick jeepney ride to SM Parañaque or Sucat. MEP was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. Honestly, this place exceeded my expectations and I can’t think of a single major thing to fault. Highly recommended! - This place definitely deserves 5 stars and if you stay you would 100% agree. Thanks again MEP!

We loved Adam's place! His communication was proactive. He always let us know what to expect. I loved the welcome we had - he had a clearbook about everything in the place as well as what to expect, what do to and local recommendations. We truly felt at home. A decent place to stay in the heart of Muntinlupa close to Manila, local malls, and the airport. I enjoyed the property as it had its own private pool, restaurant, coffee shop, hair salon, and others. It’s walking distance to a Starbucks, bank, and grocery store. The property itself is guarded by security 24/7 so it’s relatively safe. The condominium itself was good and had everything you need for a short or long term stay. I wish the unit was more modern and newly renovated but it is a good and affordable option. The host and co-host are superb and answered questions quickly.

The host is very friendly. Encountered some minor problems but he is very responsive and helpful. The place has a marvelous city view, secured and has a walking distance to the mall. Will definitely book this place again 🩷

Jenn was a great host who made everything easy from start to finish. She always responded quickly to messages and was really helpful throughout our stay. The place looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. Getting in was super easy with clear directions and flexible check-in times. The place was really clean and organized. Kitchen was spotless and everything looked great, though a few decorations had some dust. Overall it was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

Loved the space and a very communicative host! Close to shopping and restaurants. This was perfect for the two of us and we loved the patio. Really, one of the best hosts we’ve ever rented from. If we’re in BGC again we would definitely stay here.
