beautiful stay, helpful and friendly host. driving distance to stuff around nizwa, definitely need to have your own car. host provides a very detailed helpful guide of the area. super helpful and responsive! will be back again.

Reza was accommodating to my early arrival plans to Nizwa which was very helpful. He was able to meet me at the house and hand me the key and give me a brief overview of the house which was nice. Big spacious bedroom and great for a one night stay in Nizwa. Reza was also great with communication.

When I first booked the room, I felt like it was in the desert. When we arrived, the landlord welcomed me enthusiastically at the door. The car was a little surprising. The exterior environment of the house was very beautiful, and the landlord personally took us to the supermarket. He personally took us to the supermarket and would help us with anything. We had the most wonderful time. Not only were we welcomed warmly but we enjoyed the scent of inscence in the lobby with dates and the relaxing pool in the middle. The balcony was also a part of our relaxing experience where we enjoyed the quiet of the mountains and the chilling air blowing through. The room was adequate and comfortable. The staff was also incredibly nice and tended to our needs. We enjoyed our stay and will come again for sure!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, with beautiful decor and a very clean, well-maintained space. It felt peaceful and quiet throughout my stay, making it perfect for relaxation. The housekeeper was a great help and always available to assist if needed, adding an extra layer of comfort. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely book this place again when visiting Oman. Highly recommend!

Place is very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Only problem is the leaks on kitchen and toilets. All else are nice. Host gave us halwa and was very friendly and accommodating
